My husband and I stayed at Harrahs for our honeymoon. We thought we were going to be getting amazing service and hospitality. There was only 1 bartender who actually wanted to stay at the bar amd chat(Greg) in the 4 nights we frequented mix and mingle. The bartenders seem more involved with being with each other, not staying at the outside bar, calling out and just getting off work than being with the guests, getting to know them and giving amazing service. We asked for things to do when it rains and they came up with outdoor shops. They hoped for the rain and expressed it enthusiastically so they wouldn’t have to work. I think these bartenders need to focus more on being present, watching what they are saying and offering get service. We are fun outgoing people but when the atmosphere is a bust it can really put a damper on anyone’s mood.

This review is for my Dec 19th Saturday night visit. My first time back to Biloxi since my Air Force school days in 1983. This sports bar is packed with TVs in a circle in front of casino Hotel registration. Both servers were quite friendly and service was quick. I had the club sandwich and a couple of draft beers. The club was thick and a two-hander. I prefer my sandwiches the way this one was served; dry so I can add what I want if need. Condiments were provided first and I was promptly warned that the steak fries were hot. I was stuffed. I am here for 3 nights and will be back. Stay tuned!

This was my first time in Biloxi, and I tried this restaurant the second day here. My server was nice and friendly, the Caribbean Cruise drink was great, but the food was fair. The Shrimp Po-Boy sandwich was a little too spicy. The shrimp wasn’t so bad mixed in with the rest of the sandwich ingredients, but apart from the sandwich, it tasted like dirty river water. My mom ordered a half rack of ribs; her ribs were burnt and not seasoned. She said the coleslaw tasted like vinegar, and she barely touched the entire plate. Even though I was more pleased with my food than my mom, we didn’t have to pay for it and received two vouchers from the manager. Very different experience from what I was used to at Harrah’s Tunica, but I won’t count it out. Maybe it’ll be better next time.

I can only speak of the drinks as I did not partake in any of the food options. We stayed at the Harrah’s the entire week(Spring Break) and I stopped in after three days of our stay. I ordered a Hurricane on the rocks and Woody kindly obliged to make me a nice tall drink. They use clear solo cups that are generous in size. Cruzan, Bacardi 151 and Meyers rum and all the other yummy ingredients all for $ 10 The perfect vacation drink, ice cold and pool side. I had to sip slowly and still ended up one super happy camper. Quick and friendly service and great price. Sure, you could go into the casino just steps away and get your drink for free but it will come in a small glass nor more than 6oz and full of ice and not as strong.(My husband asked the waitress to come to the Mix & Mingle to get him one but she said she wasn’t allowed.)

Been here twice. Both were free trips with reward credits. If I had to pay the rating would change. The drinks have always been good except once when the soda was flat. The food… Wings are over seasoned. 2 lbs of wings is 12 wings. The service is very slow. If you want a refill go to the bar. Lots of tv’s to watch all the games is the plus! If you order a salad with chicken note that the chicken comes in a box, not on the salad. Plus if the chicken is not ready when the salad comes out the waitress takes it soon herself to just void the order.
