History

Established in 1993.

TLC Laser Eye Centers operate over 70 centers and is one of the largest providers of laser vision correction in North America. TLC doctors have performed more than 1 million procedures. TLC ‘s laser technology is FDA approved and shown to be safe and effective. TLC doctors where among the first to perform the LASIK procedure. Meet the Manager

David B.

Manager

Dr. David Boes has performed over 10,000 LASIK and PRK procedures. Dr. Boes received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating with highest honors. He completed an Internal Medicine internship and Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Washington in Seattle and finished his medical training in 1994 at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Boes is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is licensed in the state of Montana.

Dr. Stephen Wexler is one of the most experienced surgeons in the country, having performed more than 30,000 LASIK procedures since he began performing refractive surgery in 1991. He is also certified by VISX® to train and credential surgeons nationwide in the use of the Excimer laser.

Dr. Wexler is a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Washington University School of Medicine where he teaches LASIK surgery to ophthalmology residents and corneal fellows. Dr. Wexler’s original research on refractive
