Business Owner

Michael is a Montana native raised in the heritage of Montana agriculture. Don’t let the tie fool you! He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, and you will seldom find him dressed in a suit. In fact, he is as much at home turning a wrench on his Harley, pounding nails for a home remodel project, or working in the yard, as he is at the office. With experience in public and private accounting, management positions, and investment advisory positions (including compliance, training, and sales), Michael has obtained a vast range of knowledge in many facets of business. Thanks to this experience, he can deliver both business theories as well as assist with their technical application.

He has led various seminars and workshops on budgeting, cash flow, choice of entity, tax planning, accounting fundamentals, and QuickBooks.
