My wife and I had decided to buy a class A motor home. We went to METRA RV, we dealt with Tammy. She was GREAT! She listened to what we wanted andand BAM! we bought a fifth wheel.(a big surprise). First place we went to also. Didn’t need to shop around. And Tammy did such a great jod we bought the fifth wheel before we had a truck. Thanks Tammy!
Doug has been very easy to work with, as well as every single person we met that day. It was a great day. Before they deliverd the fifth wheel, they had a class with us. Told us everything we needed to know and answered our questions.
Huge selection. Service had everything we needed and some things we didn’t. I am a review reader and there are times the star system for rating isn’t enough. This is the case with METRA RV.

I would like to thank Mitch and Brian of Metra RV Center for outstanding help with a problem with my RV. I was on a long round trip from California through Canada and back and experienced an electrical problem while camping at Yellowstone Park. The coach battery would not hold its charge. I cut my stay short to get the problem fixed. After calling around to several places I finally called Metra. Although we played phone tag and I did not get to directly talk to them I drove the 2 hrs. out of my way to see if they could help. It was late in the day and Mitch did a quick diagnosis and it looked like I needed to replace the converter/​charger. It was too late in the day to order the part and I was asked to return the next morning. To make the story short their technician Brian re diagnosed the problem and determined it was a blown circuit breaker. That both fixed the problem and saved me several hundreds of dollars. It was especially accommodating of them to get me in despite have a full schedule of repairs. They were friendly, professional and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them if anyone is in the Billings area and needs RV service and perhaps the purchase of an RV.

I have to give Don at Metra RV some props. I visited on a last-​minute window-​shopping trip that turned into a potential purchase of a fifth wheel trailer. The lender lagged on approval, and by the time it was approved, there was a time crunch to get the hitch installed, to do a «proper» pre-​delivery inspection, and for me to make it to my destination. (This was part of a larger summer road trip.) It could have been done, but not in the way it should be done. Rather than force it through, we both opted out. I respect that he laid it out for me like that. I’m not sure a lot of people would if they knew it would cost them a sale.

We are so grateful to Metra RV for saving our vacation. We were on our way from Colorado to Glacier National Park. We were having serious electrical issues with our RV and thought the worst; that our vacation would be either very delayed or ruined completely. But, without an appointment, we pulled into Metra RV. Brian, the mechanic, who was wonderful, got on the problem right away, and within 45 minutes Metra had us back on the road again. We couldn’t believe how fast and nice they were to help us. Thank you so much Metra RV.

My wife and I bought a travel trailer from Metra RV and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone there was cordial and pleasant. We have since had a. couple of minor issues with it, both of which have been fixed on the spot.

Thanks to Kurt, the ‘Super Service Manager’ at Metra Rv in Billings, Montana we are Happy Campers! We are fulltime RVers and had a problem with our refrigerator on the road. After calling 3 different Authorized Service dealers, we called here and with a cheerful attitude and experienced knowledge, Kurt had us back on the road in less than an hour! Other dealers need to take lessons in Customer Service from him. Wonderful experience and we will recommend Metra RV to everyone. thanks again Kurt!
