Lexington Inn & Suites

Our family stayed in a suite, which was the biggest selling point of this place. Beware, cleaning goes only as far as the eye can see. Once the sofa bed was pulled out we were disgusted to see soiled sheets and hair everywhere. Trash in between the gaps of the sofa bed (food and straws) were evident, which makes me wonder if there is a pest issue. Since we arrived late at night we had no choice but to stay and rest our tired bodies however, we did not extend our stay any further. I give major credit to Jessica, at the front desk, she was very apologetic about the situation and helped us out as much as she could. This place would disappoint any traveler, even if they are tired…

Tried to check in with a service dog… apparently you have to have a certain kind… really I don’t think you can specify… lame

Eh. Older but clean as others have said. Some employees are fantastic and others have an attitude. Breakfast was decent, you aren’t super close to anything (except a car dealership and one restaurant) so be prepared to walk.

Excellent value for the price. Lexington Inn in Billings is near Rimrock Mall. Costco, Olive Garden, Famous Dave Barbecue, Red Lobster, Johnny Carinos, Starbucks, Old Chicago, Shopko, and other shopping opportunities. The beds are comfortable with many pillows. It is smoke free and security camera equipped. The King Avenue exit on Interstate 90 is the main highway hub and busy. Getting to Lexington Inn is easy with the high red roofed tower and useful landmark day or night.

I usually hate writing reviews on hotels and such, but I had the opportunity to stay at the Lexington and it was pretty much amazing. I came with a group of girlfriends, 6 total (4 confirmed, 2 extra stragglers), and we only reserved one room. About that… We get to the front desk and this lady greeted us, super friendly and warm. I wanna say her name was Casey. Or kasey? We were checking in but ended up asking if she had an extra room available since we had more people than expected.
She was awesome, not only did she find us another room (we reserved a standard with two queens and the extra was a standard with one queen) she ended up changing our original reserved room so both the rooms could be right next to each other. On top of that she gave us the same price for both hotel rooms, $ 98+tax! Steal of a deal since other places I was looking at wanted to charge $ 120+ for a similar room. Service does not get any better than that.
We ended up staying for a longer three day weekend and had pretty much the best ladies weekend ever. We got to use the pool and hot tub which was nice and I think one of the ladies needed up catching a workout too. I did see the gym, not amazing but definitely something manageable for a weekend satay.
The food! It was waaaay better than I expected! There was a breakfast bar in the morning… One word: AMAZING! So when you wake up hung over the last thing you want to do is get dressed to get breakfast. We just waked down stairs and they had everything from pancakes and sausages, to yogurt and cereal and eggs (scrambled and hard boiled!) while it wasn’t the best tasting or worlds greatest, it definitely got us by and here is nothing wrong with that. I got for myself some oatmeal and oranges juice. I remembered the lady from the front, kasey?, mention something about gluten free breakfast so we inquired before we went back up the first morning. She said toast and cereal upon request. AMAZING AGAIN! We asked for some the next day since one of the gals was going gluten free. Life made simple and convenient everyone! There’s cookies and juice in the afternoon but we were never in the hotel to witness that.
Beds were nice and pillows were soft to my liking even thought I know some other reviewers didnt prefer that. Tv channels were surprisingly not unpleasant. Our room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. We also had a blow dryer. We did call a lot to ask for extra towels and they were super accommodating and would bring them up real quick. Check out was a quick painless process and I can for sure say when I come back next year, I won’t have to think twice about where I’ll be staying! Thanks Lexington for the awesome experience!

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was the 3^rd hotel that we stayed in during our week-​long stay in Billings and it was the favorite for both of us
From the minute we checked in the staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and nice — some places tend to frown or treat pre-​paid guests as ‘less than’ but not here!
The room was a king suite — the fridge froze our drinks solid but beyond that the room was excellent, clean, spacious. It was a little noisy at times (testing of fire alarms) but we really enjoyed our stay.
We used the hot tub/​pool area too, the hot tub could do with being a little hotter and my standard hotel complaints — the pillows are way too soft and the towels need to be bigger than postage stamps!

I had no reservation just walked in at 11:30 pm to a friendly face who checked me into a king room. It was clean, quiet and spacious.
They had a breakfast in the morning with a little of everything to choose from.
Parking was secure and the place had video surveillance everywhere which makes you feel safe.

Arrival: I was helped by one lady who was new. She was very nice, but struggling a bit with checking me in. I assume the other lady working was supposed to be training her but she was being very rude in going about it. A few times she scolded the trainee for doing something wrong which was very unprofessional to do in front of me. She should have waited until I wasn’t standing there anymore. After I was checked in I asked the lady helping me a few question which she did not know the answers to as she was new. She asked her trainer for assistance. This other lady did not seem very pleased to be pulled away from her computer screen and she says to me, «sorry what did you want to know?» I repeated my questions and she did not answer them, instead she began rattling off a memorized speech and apparently had not actually listened to my question. I just let go after that in the hopes that I would find the answers in the book in my room. (I did)
The room: Our room was not bad. As the hotel is new, the room was still quite clean. I do however have a major complaint. There was some kind of thudding that occurred every ten minutes or so. I did not notice it until I was trying to sleep as we left the hotel for dinner shortly after checking in. At first I thought it was other guests slamming their doors in the hallway, but after actually hearing someone shut their door I realized it was not that. Then I thought it was a very rude guest jumping around, moving furniture, or perhaps kicking the wall. After about three hours of the noise occurring at a regular pace I realized it must be some kind of machinery kicking on. We were on the second floor so maybe we were right above the boiler room or something.
Breakfast: My primary reason for picking the hotel was that I read pretty good reviews about the breakfast served. However, I did think the options at breakfast were quite spare. I was hoping for some fruit and maybe a yogurt, but I had to settle for a couple sausage links, some very odd eggs, and a tiny blueberry muffin. (I should point out that my husband who travels for his job thought the breakfast was as good as anywhere else he has stayed)
Checkout: We ended up checking out after one night (we had intended on staying two) as our 2-​yr old had taken ill. This time the ladies at the front desk were very nice and only charged us for the one night. This is the reason I gave the hotel two stars instead of one.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. The A/​C controls are set and are unable to set lower. There are controls on the wall but they are not very responsive. Perhaps the A/​C needs recharging. A problem for me on this warm day. Microwave and mini fridge is nice as well as WiFi. Pricey to me at $ 130 but seem on par with others in this area. Breakfast spread is good.

Probably the best from what we best from from whatwe had to choose from. Very clean inside and out. Staff is friendly.
Misses several element you expect at this pricepoint. Plastic cups and glasses, all in one shampoo and conditioner. Beds are ok, but usually nicer at this pt. No pen or writing materials. desk lamp light is nroken.

Service from the staff has been great!, the «extended» continental breakfast is just shy of a full blown breakfast buffet. The room is comfortable, king size bed (not quite my air cool mattress, but very comfortable.
The amenities are great. The network connection is terribly slow however, and skypeing home was like arm wrestling a bear.

Great hotel but up to date room and beautiful lobby. The bed was super comfortable like a cloud!
