I flew into Billings from Seattle to get together with my best friend/​MOH. We needed to look for both bridal party dresses and a wedding dress since she and I had one opportunity to get together. Despite not making an appointment and needing to cram what would normally be 2 different appointments into one we received fantastic customer service. We had the pleasure of working with Jordan who was polite, fun, very helpful and patient. My experience with other dress shops has been mediocre at best. This time I actually had fun. Overall it was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. We ended up selecting the bridesmaids dresses and getting a firm idea of what I am looking for. Successful trip. Thank you to Jordan and the woman that checked us in for making sure we had a wonderful experience.

While this store itself is nice, I was not impressed with the staff. I drove in from six hours and took a day off of work so I could have my wedding dress alterations, but as soon as I got there they said I would have to reschedule before I didn’t have my shoes. I didn’t think I would have to bring them because I am wearing flats, and they wouldn’t let me wear a pair of theirs for the fitting. They could have simply set me know that I would need the shoes when I came. When I explained that I had taken off work and driven six hours they were unsympathetic. I did not come back and went to the next closest store (Bismarck) and they were great. A lot of the staff at the billings location seems to not be happy with their jobs and it shows. It makes for an awkward experience that isn’t as fun as it should be. They also ordered the wrong sized skirt and corset twice. I got the exchanged corset in the mail today and it is still the wrong size.

I just purchased my dress here this afternoon and had the best time! Such a great experience and super helpful with everything that I needed. this girl is a happy bride!!!
