We haven’t even been here a few hours and this place is just a gem! The front staff called after we had been in our room an hour or so to see if our room was satisfactory. I said it was just perfect. She then reminded me that they are available ²⁴⁄₇ should we need anything! In all the traveling we have done… and we have done quite a bit, we have never had anyone call us to see if our room was OK! The room is large and the beds are very comfy! Nicely decorated! Front desk staff were very friendly. They told us everything we needed to know without us having to ask. And they had fresh cookies and hot coffee! Was very cool! Even though we booked through Priceline and are guaranteed one bed, I called to see if we could get two. No problem at all! Would definitely stay again!

We stay at Country Inn and Suites all over because they are very clean and affordable with great breakfasts. Not the case with this particular one in Billings. The cost for a night stay was almost double what we pay at other locations. The breakfast was nasty and gross! Everything was dry and the gravy was slimy! Very disappointed with our stay!

I flew into Billings at Midnight in May of 2012 to meet my sister for a portion of her road trip. I was tired and was looking forward to a comfortable bed after a crappy flight.
The room was large and beds were comfortable. There was an extra blanket and pillow in a package already on the bed if needed. The beds are plush with lots of pillows. I was traveling with my sister and there was plenty of room for us to scatter our clothes all over the room! Haha
Is smoke free which is awesome. THe beds smelled clean and fresh.
There is a great breakfast array in the dining room. Alot of choices and a very attentive staff. Could have done without the Fox News propaganda on tv in the dining room! :)
Otherwise, this was a great property.

Really nice hotel. The beds are really comfortable and everything is nice about it. Very well kept.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms seemed much older then a 10 years old in need of a little overhaul or a good paint job. My room was on the bottom floor so I heard people overhead which annoyed the crap out of me. I think they need a room renovation. The room I rented for my overnighter had a jacuzzi tub in it. Yes. I used it twice to make sure I got my money’s worth. The rooms were pretty big, but almost too roomy needing larger furniture or something to fill the cavernous feel.
They have breakfast in the morning, reconstituted egg, depending on day sausage, bacon, ham, fruit salad, cereals, banana, coffee, toast, waffle etc etc etc. It was just okay. Eggs were a little too wet for my fast.
Anyway, I was there on the gov’t rate which helped save a little. Parking and internet (wifi) was free. Don’t expect a view. The property is right on a major thoroughfare. You can’t turn left going out. only right when traffic is heavy. There is plenty of shopping down the road in about a mile to the right. Wal Mart, foodie establishments or you can go towards downtown about 4 – 5 miles. Lot’s of bar establishments that seem to be very busy on a good day.
Anyway, I needed a place to lay my head while I hit up Costco. I came 5 hours from Williston ND to buy good meat. This was about a $ 700-​$ 800 dollar trip.
I would check around for better rates and a better area had I known better, but this was my first visit to the area and maybe my last.

Most of the time I would give this hotel chain at least 4 stars. But this location was sub-​par. Upon check in I noticed a giant pile of puke nestled in the corner of the second floor landing. After about 2 hours and numerous complaints it was finally cleaned up.
Secondly, the entrance way was hot! It’s winter and that would normally be good but, it was 101 degrees in there. Kinda like stepping into a charbroiler.
No shuttle and hard to get taxi service made it difficult to get around. And there isn’t much in the way of good food in the area. So eat before checking in.
Onto Missoula MT tomorrow, wish me luck!

They have a great pool area, however don’t get there too late as the air above the pool cools off quickly in the evening. The area is open late for adults. Also great for kids before 10.
Unfortunately when we were there, they were replace the outside protection around the place… so I was staring at workers through my window at the 3^rd floor when I got out of the shower.
Very friendly staff, and free cookies at the reception whole day long.

this is long over due. the breakfast was very decent. there were hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage links, gravy, oatmeal, and a make-​yourself waffle station. :) there were a plethora of breads; bagels, english muffins, regular muffins, toast, donuts, etc. to drink there was orange juice, apple juice, tea bags, coffees with a variety of flavored creamers. fresh fruit included apples and oranges, maybe something else too although i don’t remember right now. cereals, grits… i can go on. lol i thought for the price, we definitely got more than our moneys worth. :)

Absolutely one of the best deals on a hotel. For right about $ 100 a night, you get an extremely comfortable, large room, with some of the most comfortable beds you are likely to find in a hotel chain.
There is a complimentary breakfast every morning, but it isn’t the run of the mill donuts and fruit type. They have that too, but they have eggs, bacon, bagels, biscuits and gravy, etc. Sure, not a restaurant selection or the ability to order from a menu, but it will make you think twice about going to a restaurant!
It is convenient, just down the hill from the airport, and 10 minutes from downtown.
All of that, and the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and the place is quiet as can be.

Eines der typischen amerikanischen Mittelklassehotels, am Stadtrand von Billings, Montana gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gut, allerdings muß zu den Betten etwas gesagt werden: Warum gibt es soetwas in Europa nicht? Die Betten sind einfach Klasse. Im Hotel wird Frühstück angeboten, jedoch sind die Räumlichkeiten ein wenig klein und man sollte schon recht früh aufstehen. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch, Kaffee satt, Eier, Speck, Toast und div. süßes Gebäck. Der im Hintergrund laufende Fernseher störte eher ein wenig, dabei erfuhren wir aber auch: der am häufigsten gesehene Kanal ist der Wetterkanal, der NAchrichten für den Ort bringt.
