These guys are still at 0 stars. I had to use them for an airport pickup when the other cab company in town couldn’t due to demand(no surprise there) and the dispatcher(s) are still just as rude as before. If the company reads these reviews, please invest in customer service training for your dispatchers. Please. They are an absolute embarrassment to Billings.

City is 100 times better than Yellow Cab in Billings. Their customer service is night and day better than Yellow Cab. Also, I’ve never had to wait an hour to get a cab like you do with Yellow Cab. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is City Cab only takes cash. That doesn’t work all the time for me when I’m traveling to the airport for business and need to expense it.

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. 1st off they were an hour and a half late when they told me 20 mins. Once they showed up I was forced to share a cab with a bunch of hillbillies. To top it all off the driver wouldn’t turn the air on because it saved gas… It was 90 out and I was wearing a suit. Btw they only take cash. Seriously just walk… Don’t bother! I can’t wait for people to find out about Über here. Y’all are gunna need new jobs soon.

UGH. If I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating, I would. I had a very important meeting to attend in Billings on a Friday. I called about 3 hours ahead of time to «reserve» my car. I had to pay an extra $ 2 to make the reservation. I needed to be picked up at 10am — to be on the West End by 11am(I was trying to play it safe). By 10:15, I called to check on the status and they told me they were«right around the corner». I called 2 more times after — almost in a panic — before they finally showed up — at 10:45. But, he didn’t even pull into my hotel. I had to meet him in the middle of the road. I was p!$$ed. I explained the situation, and the driver said he should be able to make it by 11. Two minutes into our drive, the dispatcher told him that he’d need to make another pickup. He explained to me that with that pickup, he couldn’t get me there until closer to noon. UGHUGHFREAKINGUGH. OR… wait! He could charge me another $ 5 and I could make my ride exclusive. OFCOURSE, SIR. I would LOVE to pay you another $ 5 — on top of my $ 2 reservation guarantee — to ensure you don’t play MR. SCHOOLBUS and pick up 5 other people. FTW. Anyways… he gets me there — with one minute to spare. Fine. I should have called another company for the return… but look at me — Mrs. Second Chance. I waited for 2.5 hours afterward to get picked up. OVERTWOHOURS. I AMUSINGCAPS, CAPS, CAPS. YELLING. Never, ever, ever, ever use this company. There is apparently one other cab company in Billings. I’m sure they’ve got to be at least modestly better than City Cab. PS: Their cars are disgusting, dirty, and look like they could break down at any minute. :(
