Chef James Honaker began this neighborhood restaurant to provide an excellent customer experience to folks in Billings, Montana: wonderful food in a relaxed French farmhouse setting, with outstanding service.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
After completing his education at the prestigious Culinary Institute of the Arts (CIA) cooking school, Chef James worked at such famous restaurants as Le Bernardin and Windows on the World in New York City. He returned to his childhood home of Billings, Montana in the late 1980’s to open La Toque, a small French restaurant in downtown Billings. In 1992, he teamed up with his brother Bill to open Walkers Grill, and split off in 1998 to found Bistro Enzo on the west end of Billings. He utilizes outstanding local produce and meats in his cuisine, and is committed to creating excellent overall dining experiences for his customers.
