Forleo is an accomplished marital arts athlete and teaches his students how to survive and thrive in everything they do, which gives students confidence and an inner peace that they can attempt to make peace with an attacker but also fight when necessary and not just escape danger. My son was bullied horribly. After joining Black Belt Club he started walking taller, had more confidence, managed his anger, and still quotes Master Forleo all the time.
