History

Established in 2010.

Paul Kinsella and Darren Dissotle

Mr. Kinsella has over 20 years’ experience in

the construction industry. He has designed

renovations and additions to municipal school

buildings for the Town of Hamilton and

Wenham, and prepared construction

documents for many building styles.

He served in the capacity of executive

supervisor at his former company

and oversaw $ 1.3 million of single-​family

residential and light commercial construction.

Mr. Dissottle’s production supervisor and subcontractor

manager for his former employer. Mr. Dissottle was

responsible for overseeing the daily construction

of all projects for the company such as

coordinating staffing assignments, implementing

project schedules, negotiating with subcontractors

and suppliers. Other responsibilities included managing

change orders, troubleshooting issues which arose in the

field, and maintained quality control on the job.

He also took part in all phases of the construction on a

demand basis.

Darren J.

Business Owner

As production supervisor and subcontractor

manager for his former employer. Mr. Dissottle was

responsible for overseeing the daily construction

of all projects for the company such as

coordinating staffing assignments, implementing

project schedules, negotiating with subcontractors

and suppliers. His duties also involved

oversight of a crew of up to 10 constructions

laborers, all trades, and coordination of trades.

Other responsibilities included managing change

orders, troubleshooting issues which arose

in the field, and maintained quality control on the job.

He also took part in all phases of construction on

a demand basis and operated all forms of heavy equipment.
