New World Nail & Spa

Just moved to the area. Went yesterday based on Unilocal reviews. Mine is mixed. The owners were very nice and the place is spotless. One tech started my pedicure and then Jenny finished (I wanted some nail art) and then did my gel manicure.
I am very happy with the manicure and my nail art. The reason I gave this a three was because the first tech tore the skin around one toe badly, causing it to bleed. I still have a dried blood pool the next day.
I will probably give then one more try.

Won’t be back — my tech rushed through my service and left a lot of visible ridges in my nails. Just an overall frustrating experience.

I have a great experience at New world Nails and the shop very clean there are very friendly service was great. I love this place!

I love this place for the every time I’ve been here. They do a very nice job and everything is sanitized. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending friends and family to this lovely establishment :)

I went to have my eyebrows waxed and a young girl did them. Now I hardly have any eyebrows. I’m so upset I have to pencil them on. Everyone keeps asking me what happened to my eyebrows and I have to explain. The owner use to do them and she was awesome. She use to tell me not to let anyone else wax them but her.

I don’t really do reviews anymore but I felt like I had to for this place. I came here today after researching new nail salons to go to. I’m definitely impressed. I was a walk-​in and had to wait a little bit because all of the nail techs were busy. I didn’t mind waiting because I hadn’t made an appt and it’s was a Sunday. I got a gel pedicure and manicure. The nail tech apologized for the wait as soon as she sat down in the chair. The place is nice and really clean. The thing that sold it for me was the staff. They were really welcoming and friendly. They talked to me like I was a regular there and it felt nice. I will definitely be going back.

I was quoted $ 25 over the phone. On check out it jumped to $ 28. I told the woman I was quoted the $ 25 dollar amount. She told me right to my face, that it costs more because I’m a man. That is totally sexist. No wonder men don’t show up as much in salons. First time and last time I go there. I went there because this same thing happened to me the only other time I went to get a pedicure at another salon. And this is why I called for a quote. Sexist salon. Hint: If you want to build your male clientele up, treat us as equals.

I never write reviews but this place was worth it! They are so incredibly nice. They’re extremely clean and very skilled! Although this salon is 40 minutes from my house, this will be the only place I’m going from now on. I found this place on Unilocal,and after reading reviews decided to visit. I’m so glad I did!

I work in the area and I decided to try this salon on my lunch break. I did not have an appointment but I was helped immediately– even though the salon was fully booked. The salon is very clean and well-​maintained. The staff was very professional and they were very conscious that I needed to return to work in a timely manner.
Prices were very reasonable and they did a great job on my gel manicure (very neat). I will definitely be returning next time!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The décor is nice and it’s so neat and clean. The staff is so lovely. They make an effort to know your name and get to know you. My gel manicure lasted over 2 weeks! My nails never hold any polish including gel, and this stayed put and beautiful for weeks. They will do wonders on anyone’s nails! Love love love it!

I’m staying nearby for a few weeks and decided to get a mani pedi. I usually go somewhere in Somerville but thought I’d try out something new. I found this place on Unilocal and the prices were reasonable at $ 25 for pedicure and $ 22 for shellac manicure (or other way around not sure). I called and made an appointment for 20 minutes later. Showed up and Jenny helped me. She did my pedicure and manicure. She did such an amazing job! I thought my go-​to place was good but she is even better! At my go-​to place the shellac has come out uneven before or the tips were thinner than the rest but Jenny did everything so evenly I am so impressed! I absolutely love how my nails came out. I will for sure come back here next time and it will be my new go-​to place!

This salon was so accommodating and welcoming to our large group. We arrived as a party of 8 (bridal party) for manicures and pedicures, were immediately tended to, and all received high quality services. I highly recommend the spa pedicure — it was totally worth the price upgrade. After a long week on my feet, the massage and exfoliating was just what I needed. I was also very happy with my manicure. My natural nails looked like acrylics (in a good way)! The staff was very patient and friendly, and accepted our request to have wine with our pampering. The manicurist Jenny did a great job on my nails and toes. We were all so pleased with our choice to go to New World Nails!

My first time here today. Me and my sister in law wanted to get our nails done before we leave to Cancun Mexico for vacation (woohoo!). Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. They let us pick our colors, sat us down right away and gave us each a bottle of water which was a very nice gesture. Our nails came out looking great! Now I’m really looking forward to our trip. Come here if you want a quality job and friendly service, you won’t be disappointed.

I work in the area and for convenience, I figured that I would give «New World Nail & Spa» a shot and I was presently surprised.
First impression, the salon is clean and well decorated. Not like others with cheesy 80’s nails posters and Adam Sandler or Jennifer Aniston movies on replay. Everything is are very neat and the polishes are high quality and very organized. I was greeted by «Sunny» with a bottled water as I sat for me pedicure. Nice gesture and added bonus. The chairs are very comfortable! Sunny showed me the tools were coming directly out of packaging, clearly a sigh of relief. I reluctantly admit that I have had contemplated a tetanus shot or two after some salons.
I had a basic manicure and pedicure and it was amazing, though I was convinced that I was going to get bopped with the spa pedicure fee when I checked out. It was that good. They take their time, but not where you feel held captive. Trust me, I have less patience than the last kid in line to take a whack at a piñata. I nicked my nail and chipped it on the way out and they fixed it immediately. They even offered to touch them up for free if it happens again.
The prices are great. The staff is extremely welcoming and definitely let you know that they appreciate your business. I highly recommend «New World Nail & Spa».

Just left as a first time customer — awesome service! From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed & comfortable! He did an awesome job on my nails & I will definatley be back! I originally had a 4:30, but ran late at work so I called at 4:20 to let them know and see if I could come later, he with no problem at all said that is ok and took me right when I walked through the door at 5! Plus I only paid 20 $ vs. the 40 $ I pay at most places that do a good job! Next time I will definatley be trying the pedi too

Visited New World Nail & Spa for the first time today for a pedicure and I am very pleased with the results. Being a male it was nice to feel welcome.
Mony took her time with excellent attention to detail so me feet look great.
I will definitely be back.

Awesome place! So clean, staff are super friendly, and they do an amazing job every time I go there!

Love this place! I work in the area and have been to a couple of places in Billerica to get a gel manicure. The other places were okay, but, New World definitely takes the cake!
They’re sooooo clean! I’m a germ-​a-​phobe, so this is a perfect place for me. The people are extremely friendly and know what they’re doing.
The only complaint that I have is that one of my nails had chipped after only having them done for a week, BUT, I called them and they took me right in to fix it and didn’t charge me.
I will absolutely come back to this place :)

They are the best! Great service, great work, friendly, clean, just Love this place! I always come and get a mani & pedi sometimes acrylic but always gel on my hands and regular OPI on my feet. Also, get my eyebrows done here. Under new management, fyi.
