Whoever they have in charge of making the iced coffee batches at the moment is the greatest!!! The iced coffee has never tasted better than it does now, Keep it up!
Customer service could be a little kinder, but that’s understandable because sometimes it’s tough to appease people when it’s very busy as I’ve worked at a Dunkin Donuts when I was a teenager.
Also the landscaping at this location is always pretty to look at while waiting in the drive thru line during non-​winter seasons.

Very lazy staff, they don’t even butter the bagels for you like hello it’s 2015 people are busy. They bullied me when I asked for them too do their job and butter my bagel I don’t have time too myself I’m v busy like hello. They hipster with gauges tried to intimidate me! Never will I return !! I’ll give this place an extra star because of the friendliness and hardworking staff that seem to be doing the best they can. But as for the food I ordered, it was gross. After I waited in line for 15 minutes, I ordered a turkey sausage flatbread and hash browns. The flatbread was cold and stale and the egg white patty with turkey sausage tasted like a cold sponge. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Threw it away because I didn’t want to jump ahead of the long line.
