History

Established in 1990.

dak was formed by a licensed Architect and Builder to provide comprehensive Architectural, Building and Construction services to home owners, developers, contractors, business and government as a turn key solution for the building.

Residential architectural services includes the design of new and renovated home plans for single family additions, homes, 2,3 and multi-​family residential projects.

Commercial plans for new and remodeled mixed use buildings, offices, restaurants, day care centers, music venues, storage facilities, beauty salons.

Interiors (kitchen, bathrooms, basements, fit up, etc).

Engineering (framing plans, manual J calculations, building envelope analysis, etc).

Construction services are provided by seasoned professionals and in house management which focus on the light construction industry including remodeling and new construction.

Meet the Manager

David A K.

Manager

As President of d. a. kinsella company David K started his career in 1979, became licensed to practice Architecture in 1988 and received NCARB certification in 1990. He currently holds licenses in MA, Ct, NH, and NJ for Architecture and an unrestricted MA construction supervisors license and the company is a licensed HIC contractor.

His credentials include:

Bachelor of Architecture;

Bachelor of Fine Arts with concentration in design;

Associates in Architectural Engineering;

In addition he has been consistently working in the industry for 35 years.

To date the firm has completed projects successfully up to $ 10 million in construction value. Services are generally provided in the states of MA and NH but projects have been completed in the state of ME.
