I would give this person a 0 star, however, it is not possible here. This review is not about quality of work, but on the character of the person. I called the COMPANY number at 8:57pm this Thursday evening as I had come across it while looking for quotes for a project at my home. Typically, a person running a business would have some type of answering service for after hours, i.e., answering machine, etc. — which I was expecting to leave a message on as other companies or contractors have… Instead, the call was answered and as I was explaining the reason for my call, I was rudely interrupted with the question «do you know what time it is?» To which I answered «obviously you don’t want the job» and hung up. To make matters worse, I received a call on my home number at 9:30pm from this person with a text to landline message saying «you woke up my children from their sleep, something I won’t have tonight.» First of all, how was I supposed to know that the number listed as YOUR COMPANY contact number is your residence number or that my call would wake up your children? Just as I do not know your situation, you do not know mine. Perhaps, this was the only time I had to make phone calls due to work and life responsibilities. I would never hire such rude and immature person and hope this review educates others prior to contacting this company.
