History

Established in 1998.

Century 21 Travis Realty, Inc. opened for business as Billerica’s newest real estate office on September 1, 1998. Shortly after opening, envisioning the opportunities available through Century 21, many of the top selling agents in Billerica left other offices and along with several newer agents, joined us to create our new sales office.

Century 21 Travis quickly became the #1 real estate office in Billerica, listing and selling more properties in town than any other company. We have achieved many accomplishments and awards since our opening, including the Century 21 Centurion Office award during our first full year of operation. This award was an achievement rarely seen in the entire Century 21 System during the ‘Rookie’ year. This award is only earned by less than 10% of all Century 21 offices worldwide.

Business Owner

The Owner/​Broker of Century 21 Travis Realty, Inc. is Paul Travis who is a life long resident of Billerica, MA and well known in real estate circles with over 29 years experience as a top producing agent, also holding the professional real estate designations of CBR, CRS and GRI.

Licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Paul is a Listing specialist with expert knowledge of the Real Estate process to better represent sellers, and is also a Certified Buyer Representative, to better represent buyer clients.

Paul oversees the day-​to-​day operation of the office on site, and is readily available to all customers. This personal interest in the local community is apparent by the charitable contributions on a regular basis to many organizations including: Friends of the Billerica Public Library, Boys and Girls Club, Little League, Pop Warner, and many other youth enrichment and sports programs.
