if I could give less that 1 star I would. everything is ramshackle and disorganized, prices are completely unreasonable on both the junk collection and the coins. The man I spoke with at the counter was rude, pushy and wanted to charge more than double for a coin I knew the value of and wouldn’t budge on the price when I called him out on it.

The merchandise was poorly organized, but I was fine with slowly browsing to take it all in. After being completely ignored for about ten minutes the owner asked if I had any questions. I asked my question as politely as possible and was cut off and talked over before I could even finish my question. His general attitude and tone was condescending and unnecessarily rude. He then told me all prices aren’t necessarily accurate, maybe he priced them maybe someone else did, who knows? Maybe everything is negotiable and he just wants to create the perception of arbitrary leverage. If he gave even the smallest amount of respect and common courtesy I wouldn’t be writing this negative review.

This place is full of worthless junk. Only thing worth looking at is the jewelry. Problem is some of it is fake. The guy who works there is the rudest human I’ve ever encountered. He has a huge attitude problem. And talks down to u. Billerica is better off bulldozing that place.
