Our Ludington store is located in the historic Stearns Motor Inn across from the Post Office. The Big Rapids store is located east of downtown (across the Maple Street Bridge) on M-​20 in the Trailside Crossings Plaza (near the Arby’s). Business Owner

Steve Venema has been collecting coins since he was a young child. Over the years he has gained much knowledge of the hobby, even passing on his passion to his children and wife. In 2011, after being laid-​off from his employment with a Grand Rapids wholesaler, Steve started working side-​by-​side with Rodney Seeds of RJ Coins in Big Rapids, learning the ins and outs of the coin dealing business. He opened Lakeshore Coins & Expressions Jewelry in Ludington in 2012 and it has been the best decision he ever made. In 2014, after RJ Coins closed for retirement, Steve took over the business to continue the long-​term client relationship that had been established there. Both locations are ready to serve you with a smile and complete honesty when it comes to buying and selling your coin and currency collections. We also buy and sell bullion, estate jewelry and have supplies for your numismatic hobby.
