Business Owner

Second generation janitorial. I am my Team. I enjoy understanding our clients needs and custom building their cleaning services to meet their individual needs. I am 47 years old. A native of Big Rapids, Michigan. Born in Detroit Michigan. I learned to be a hard worker from my German parents. I incorporated Franczek Inc in 1999 and was acting Vice President and Secretary until 2001 when I became President. I personally ran my Teams, both janitorial and floor care, until 2009. I am a person of integrity and I stand by our work and will do everything in my power to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

When other small hands on cleaning companies have not endured the tough economy of the past 9 years, we maintain. This meant reducing pricing but not performance.
