Not bad. Your basic Chinese menu. We eat there for decent carry out a few times per year.

While driving back to the motel late night, I stopped off at Exit 49 in Big Flats. Shanghai Express happened to be open around 9:45 pm on a Friday night. Shanghai Express is a typical looking strip plaza Chinese takeout place, which is order at the counter with open kitchen and a few tables for eating in(16 seats). I decided to order takeout and ordered the Shrimp Lo mein Combination($ 7.95) with pork fried rice & egg roll. The food was cooked to order and all set in 10 minutes. The good portion of hot food tasted fresh. The egg roll with nice and crispy on the outside filled with a mix of shredded cabbage, spices, and ground pork. The fried rice was standard with mix of roast pork pieces, onions and soft rice. The lo mein dish had a mix of vegetables, mushrooms, soft shrimp(cleaned), and soft noodles. However, the lo mein was very salty tasting with more soy sauce than usual. I ate this order of Chinese food for dinner and light breakfast, which was filling and on the greasy side.
