I am not sure if this is the same«Camp Sierra» that I went to as a kid with my brother and my dad, but if it was, it was really fun. We went there every year save one for 4 or 5 years, and it was definitely fun. It was with my dad’s crowd(aging hippies who want an illusion of being in touch with nature) and for real nature buffs, it probably wasn’t that impressive. Nothing like going out with just a tent or a sleeping bag… we had solid cabins and a dining hall and all that. Overall, this place was nice, and Shaver Lake(the town and the lake) were both good as well.
