Worked with Brady’s a few months ago for a large corporate order. They got the job done, but the value and quality really aren’t there. Really lacking is the communication and customer service. I found it extremely difficult to get information unless I went to the shop. Most of my emails went unanswered. Getting a proof of the back design was like pulling teeth and I never received a proof for the front of the shirt. We were even missing a shirt and I never had a resolution from that. Even asking for additional services didn’t work out. Since my order was so large, I wanted the sizes organized in groups for easy delivery internally. Spoke with the manager at Brady’s, she said it wouldn’t be a problem but when I got my order, it was only organized by size. Lastly, they never offered to deliver the shirts(a service I found out about later), which I would have gladly paid extra for given the number of boxes. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because they came in ahead is schedule and the low price(only for for large quantities though).
