Plum Consignment

Plum is a terrific place at which to consign and to shop. I use the Walk-​In Wednesday to bring my seasonal items for consignment. While I generally bring in more than Pam can take, what she does select nearly always sells. If you want to consign at Plum, first take a close look at the brands and styles she selects; there are some trends but also unique selections. Pam has a great eye and knows what her clients will like.
Your consigning experience will be wonderful if you read and understand the contract. I was in the store and one consigner was upset that something damaged was donated instead of returned to her. That misunderstanding could have been avoided with the consignee’s paying attention to the contract. Every time I drop off clothing, a few days later I receive an inventory price list of items dropped off and the copy of my agreement. Being able to check what’s sold online is awesome. I love that feature and am grateful.
Besides the high-​quality selection, the store is beautiful, spacious and light. I love being in the space. The clothing and shoe displays invite looking. The store is not over stuffed with clothing (like some other consignment store in the area) so it is easy and a pleasure to shop at Plum.
Plum’s active Instagram page helps boost sales, too. You can call the store and order the item with a CC on the phone. They also ship.

This is not your grandma’s consignment shop. Pam offers everything from the dainty pinks and floral to the more grungy and edgy apparel. All of it super stylish and not tacky or cheap looking by any means.
What would I describe that I like best about Plum Consignment? The deals I get when I shop here. I’ve bought items that cost $ 100+ retail (designer skirts, shoes, jackets) and paid 25% or less than the retail cost.
All of the clothing she features in the shop is either new or almost untouched if worn by the previous owner. No smelly clothing, weird residue, or ripped pieces. Beautiful impeccable pieces ready to wear right out of the shop.

As a professional organizer, I always refer Plum Consignment to my clients when they want to streamline their inventory of clothing, shoes and accessories. Pam and her staff are professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Plum for consignment and shopping!

Drove 20 minutes to look at a pair of leggings they posted on their Facebook page. Got there and they were sold (20 min later) they should put sold under their items they post. Won’t be back.

What reasonable prices on high-​quality items!!! You’ll find high-​end mixed with fast-​fashion, but all in excellent condition. Not so much vintage, which they don’t need… plenty of inventory here! Bright, clean space and attractively curated. So glad I stopped here!

Best consignment shop I have ever been to. My mom lives on the north shore and every time I come here, I leave with an arm full of clothes and shoes. The store is clean and the layout is great. It is very organized and easy to browse through the various racks. Last time I was here I got a Michael Kors blazer for 30 bucks that I get compliments on every time I wear. The facebook page is constantly updated with their latest items and the staff is super friendly. Everyone I bring here loves it too!

I admit it, I love consignment stores. Plum is the best consignment shop on the north shore hands down. Organized, clean, and spacious. Impressed with the brands and the condition of their clothing. It’s a must stop at, you won’t be disappointed.

One of my absolute favorite consignment shops! The first time I went in the shop I fell in love — even walking up to the shop — the logo/​sign of Plum is unique and draws you in. The décor is great
It’s incredibly organized and clean. Nothing feels crowded — which is usually common in consignment shops.
I also like that they carry accessories — used and new.
They hold events and sales which are great (I got a blouse for $ 3 on memorial day)
The employees/​owner are all friendly and welcoming.
I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone that will listen.

I visted Plum Consignment for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! Beautiful store front, and clean vintage look inside. Great selection, I found a beautiful blue top that was so unique and affordable! Dressing rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the lighting was very flattering for trying on clothes. Accessories selection was also exciting, I wanted everything! Before visiting Plum I had been to 2 other consignment shops in Beverly and by far Plum was my favorite. Overall, it’s safe to say I found my new favorite shop in Beverly.

I just made my first purchase from Plum and I love it! I got a brand new-​with-​tags zebra print dress for $ 14. The owner jumped through hoops to help me make the purchase after I «liked» the dress on Plum’s Facebook page.
I love how they update their Facebook page with some of the best latest finds and allow customers to set things aside. It’s a very different shopping experience than most consignment stores — very personalized and shopper friendly.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for really nice stuff that isn’t ridiculously priced. If you don’t want to commit to a trip to the North Shore, start by liking the page on Facebook and window shopping. I guarantee you’ll find something you like.

Plum is my kind of consignment shop — it’s pretty to look at (awesome décor) and it has a great selection of clothes that I would actually wear! The owner clearly is selective about the garments she consigns, which makes the shopping process easy and fun.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Beverly, and close to lots of other cute shops as well. I’ve already bought clothes there and plan to be back as they are constantly adding inventory. Great new addition to the neighborhood!

I brought a bag of clothes to Plum Consignment last week during a Jewelry Party/​Girls Night Out, and was so impressed with the clothing inventory and the store itself. The owner, Pam, had everything beautifully arranged, and it was really fun to shop and try on jewelry. If you’re looking for a great small business to support, definitely check out Plum Consignment!

I’ve been to every consignment shop in the Salem/​Beverly area with the majority of my wardrobe coming from consignment shops. Up until June they were all the same. Cramped, clothes everything, racks stuffed so full you can’t even see what’s hanging on them. It became exhausting just going into a store. When Plum Consignment opened in June, my consigning life changed forever!
When you walk into Plum, you quickly realize that it’s not like most consignment shops. Stepping through the door is like walking into an upscale boutique. It’s spacious and airy, but with plenty of inventory. I’ve been in several times and each visit, I find that there is a lot of turnover, with lots of new items. And the prices can’t be beat! I’ve bought several items and plan to bring some of my own things in to consign. Definitely a shop not to be missed!

After writing my initial review, I decided to go back to Plum since some time has passed after my first visit and I assumed that they would have more inventory as the store just opened when I visited, and yes there was a lot to choose from. Alot of very nice items, all in great shape, many of them appear as new without the new price.
I decided to upgrade to 5 stars since the store now has a decent sized inventory all reasonably priced.
The store is immaculate and spotless, with beautiful hardwood floors. The woman working there, whom I presume to be the owner, is very nice and friendly. They have VERY LARGE fitting rooms.
As a consignment shop junkie who LOVES finding great clothes to wear, I will visit often because I know I’ll find something I like.
