3 stars just because it was just ok. It was a so so busy Sunday just around 11:30. Totally craving some good hot breakfast. It was totally cold. Eggs Benedict with home fries. It was a special that day, served with avocado and tomatoes. The English muffin was so damn hard I couldn’t even cut thru it! hollidaise sauce was bland and home fries were mushie, also cold. Also charged an extra dollar on the bill then what was offered on the special board. I didn’t bother explaining this cause after we got the bill the waitress just seemed to disappear. Maybe she figured it out and got the extra dollar for a tip. Boyfriend got George’s omelette, not all the ingredients were listed on the menu so he was not happy that it was packed, like absolutely packed with onions and jalapeños. Very weird mix. French toast was ok but not the golden brown soft kind that you crave as a child. Almost seemed like it was frozen and heated up. But not saying that it was. Service was decent, they seemed very tired but trying. The place seems like they are here for your needs but they need help. I don’t think I will return. Many other places in Beverly for breakfast that you would totally crave for again.

this place just changed their name to Omelette Factory. BF and I went here this morning for the first time. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot and super affordable. We got a side of avocado for only $ 1.75! I ordered one of the daily specials, cajun special(potatoes and spicy sausage topped with 2 eggs and cheese. I asked for tomatoes to be added(no charge!) and got dark rye toast buttered very well. Total was $ 6.99. unreal. As you can see in the picture, I couldn’t even finish it all, but it was delicious! Boyfriend ordered chicken breakfast burritos, and he said they were solid. We will be coming back for sure. Way better than Denny’s. Super affordable, cozy, and nice waitstaff. I love finding little holes in the wall like this because it always makes me happy to tip 35%+! we always go to Ihop in Revere because we love diner food, but this place is homier, closer distance wise, and cheaper. If you happen to be hungry from 6am-2pm, hit this place up. No quarters needed for street parking on Sundays. Amex is not accepted, but still worth it! We ended up paying on an ipad. yay for technology, and way to embrace it! sorry for not posting a pic of my food prior to eating it. I spaced out.

I ordered the egg florentine and it was really perfect even coming with home fries which wasn’t stated on the menu. The coffee is good. Service is genuine and the place is very spacious, even good to host a breakfast meeting because parking is easy. The only fault I have is upon entering, this place can do with an upgrade or makeover. Really not bad though.

[+] — Excellent breakfast selection, go for one of their omelets(being its headquarters) — Omelets are big, enough to share or save for lunch. — Prices for breakfast are more than affordable, with coffee and big omelet with all meat is around 10 bucks. — Good and friendly services as well.

I don’t go very often, but when I do it’s always a nice treat. Cute little place. Best sit down breakfast downtown.

I can walk here. I walk by here all the time, then walk up to Cabot for grab and go breakfast at Gusto or Atomic. I’d rather walk a third of a mile out of my way which should tell you something. The coffee is meh. The breakfasts I have gotten are only okay. The corned beef is canned, and thus okay. But for whatever I paid for it I can go to stop and slop and buy slop it into a frying pan. Honestly, my eggs and hash have always been just okay. Nothing to write home about. the staff have always been nice enough. It’s dimly lit with cramped quarters and it’s always full. There is always a wait for food because it’s always slammed. Why? I don’t know. The food is standard greasy spoon and priced in accordance with seeming local regulations. It’s neither expensive nor cheap. It just is. Think Denny’s with fewer options and you have Omelet Headquarters.

I love this place. It doesn’t BLOW me away, but it’s steady-Eddie, reliable, big portions of yummy food. Home fries aren’t anything special, but the omelets are fantastic(which is good, given the name of the place). Iced coffee didn’t do anything for me, but their hot coffee is pretty yummy. Service is home-y; we were once asked to move seats between ordering our meal and receiving our meal so we could make room for a larger party. Which is fine — it was asked politely and it was a bigger table for us, so no big deal there. Most of the time, seating is no issue, which I like. Sometimes the wait can be about 10 minutes because the place is small. Bottom line: if you’re looking for traditional, yummy hot breakfast… come to Omelet Headquarters!

Tried this place for the first time recently with my fiancé and it was definitely a place we would go again. I was a little nervous after reading some poor reviews but we had a really good experience. I got the ultimate breakfast which included, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, and two pancakes and the pancakes were really really yummy. They were huge and fluffy and sweet. My fiancé got a breakfast wrap and thought it could use more egg and less peppers but there were tons of other items he would come back and try. The service was really good, we were greeted immediately and had multiple waitresses check in on us. I had a certificate from and our waitress knew exactly what it was and how to use it on my phone and immediately took it off our bill, it was super easy.

I came back here to give them another shot. Service was real good, but that’s where it ended. My Omelet was dried, and somewhat burned, and all milk with no egg. It was like all air fluff. The kicker was paying $ 3.95 for sausages(plural) and getting one. That infuriated me.

I tried this place for the first time today, and was pleased with the service and quality of the food that I received. It was quiet and clean. The waitress was quick and friendly, and accommodating. I ordered a Mexican omelette which was easily substituted with egg white. It was delicious, light and fluffy. The portion size was large and the price was more than reasonable. I will be back!

Excellent diner style breakfast at very reasonable prices. Probably we should have had omelettes, but on this cloudy day, a traditional breakfast was in order. Steak and eggs were delicious and cooked as requested; the home fries were seasoned and Jasmine, our server, was attentively friendly. Most important for breakfast: good coffee! We will be back for sure.

Very good breakfast spot. Prices were very reasonable and huge portions. Service was a little slow, but the staff was friendly. Omelette is the way to go! Two thumbs up!

I needed a place for a «stick to your ribs» breakfast in the greater Beverly area and found this great place. I hear it can be crowded on the weekends. Quiet on a Tuesday morning. Now… The FOOD. Ordered the ultimate omelette with grilled vegetables as a swap for potatoes. What a plateful! Completely covered a large oval plate with hot, steaming goodness. Eggs were done perfectly, moist but not greasy; veggies too — good healthful mix of spinach, shrooms, peppers and onions. HUGE portion with great flavor.

Poached eggs were fantastic. Standard breakfast dishes and a few daily specials. Very affordable. Staff is very friendly and a very cozy atmosphere.

Really a hit or miss kind of place, but usually a miss. No one really greets you, you just wait in a huge line. Place is super run down. Wait staff is absolutely miserable. Food is overpriced for quality. Nothing special about the place really. Cramped and crowded and not too great.

I went for breakfast Saturday morning with my sons because I had a groupon, I was greeted at the door with a sign that said«due to circumstances beyond our control we can no longer accept groupons». My first mistake was to go in anyway! Took 10 minutes to order and then another 30 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t even that busy. Bad service, bad food, never again! I will add that I’ve never been moved to write w review before but I was really disgusted by the time I left, what kind of breakfast place can’t cook an egg through or make bacon that is crispy?

Disappointing. Terrible food and coffee; bad décor/atmosphere and so-so service. I even had a bad English muffin, which I wouldn’t have thought possible, and barely ate much of my food — I am honestly not a snobby or picky eater! My husband, also not a picky eater, ate half of one pancake then asked for them to go because he felt bad, dropping them in a garbage can outside the restaurant. Oh well — Beverly has so many other lovely breakfast places!

I wanted to like this place, as it’s the closest breakfast place to my house but I just can’t. The bacon is always incredibly undercooked and, as has been mentioned by others, the home fries are pretty bad and covered in some bright orange oil. The omelets are huge. I’ll give them that. I gave it a shot a few times, hoping I had just caught them on an off day but I had. The staff have always been nice though.

Stopped here early on a Sunday after hitting up the flea market. Got seated right away, but that was probably because it was only 8am and most people were still sleeping. I got an omelette with chicken and veggies in it. It was pretty good. The homefries were just okay, but I am not a huge potato lover anyway. My boyfriend got corned beef hash and bacon with eggs. He did not like the bacon(was not crispy enough) or the hash. The thing about him though is he always orders hash and almost never actually enjoys it. So take that for what it is ha. I’d stop in again if I was in Beverly on the weekend, but I wouldn’t make this a breakfast destination.
