I hired Attorney Waldbaum and he took my $ 1500 retainer and appeared at court with me the following Monday. We were there for a half hour and he went over the charges and told me I had no case and to plead out. I disagreed as I knew the case against me was extremely thin and I felt that there was an excellent chance of a not guilty finding. When I explained that to Attorney Waldbaum he fired me as a client after about an hour of work. I immediately hired another lawyer and after appearing in court twice for pre-​trial hearings I proceeded to a bench trial which I won with almost no deliberation on the judge’s part. If you are looking for a top notch OUI lawyer, Attorney Waldbaum is not for you.
If you are looking for a lawyer who will do everything he can for you, I used Attorney James Geraghty after being fired by Attorney Walbaum and he is amazing!
