What a nice surprise! A friend told me about this «independent re seller» so instead of dealing with the company store, I stopped in to power up a new phone. I walked right up to the counter (no check in or wait!) and found Nikki Maxner. She was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In and out without a scratch. I’ll never go back to the «evil empire» store.

With a family of five people using 7 phones/​devices, there is no where else we will go for our service. Be it communication, upgrades, repair, billing, replacements and emergency needs, this is the only place to go. Nikki and Crystal go out of their way to help set up phones, diagnose issues and find ways to make the process more affordable through discounts and rebate options. It’s the one place we trust, and we know we won’t get ripped off. We highly recommend Manny and his team.

This truly is the very best store to go to when you have a cell phone that you need anything for! When I first stopped in I actually used a different carrier who refused to help me when I washed my phone in error. The very first thing Manny did was try to save my old phone (which the other carrier did not even try) and I have been a customer and fan ever since! This past week I finally upgraded to an iPhone 5c and once again Manny and his staff went above and beyond with their care and customer service. They listen to what you want and will not try and push you into a phone or plan you do not need. I have recommended them for years and will continue to do so.

Every time I have been in with a problem (lost phone, broken iPad screen…) I receive great service here and leave with a better deal than I expected. Manny and his staff are patient and friendly, and take the time to explain all your options. You may have to wait ten minutes or so while they are giving another customer their full attention, but it’s worth the wait because when it’s your turn, you too will get all the time and attention you need!

I have been a Verizon wireless and Freedom Communications customer for 5+ years. Every time I visit the store in North Beverly I am treated quickly and professionally. There is very little staff turn over which means that everyone knows the products and the plans and what they are doing. Manny, Crystal and Nikki are all great service providers, very very helpful, quick and convenient.

Manny and the staff are extremely professional. Never once have my wife and I had a problem they couldn’t fix or address properly and to our satisfaction. We love that they give everything their all and we send everyone we can their way. It’s refreshing to see such outstanding customer service from people who really care.

Manny and Nikki assisted me this morning with my son’s I Phone 5. I am so grateful! Manny… you are the best!!!

After a disheartening and frustrating experience at the larger «mothership» store in North Beverly, my daughter and I ventured into this one as we were determined to find a way to fix her broken phone. What a find! They are service oriented, respectful, incredibly helpful, dedicated, capable AND friendly! Will never go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here since in opened and it never disappoints. I recently brought in the love of my life who FINALLY decided to get a smart phone. Crystal was so nice!
She made everything as easy as possible, scored the best deal possible, and had everything taken care of within 20 minutes. I got to sit back on the couch and chill whilst she took the drudgery of getting a first-​time smart phone for my once-​telephonically challenged companion and had her singing her praises as loudly as me.

Manny and Crystal are just fabulous!!! Sooo super helpful! They made my transition to the I phone 5 sooo easy!!! I keep talking about the excellent customer service to everyone!

Crystal and the fine folks at Freedom Communications are the absolute best. I’ve been using this store for years and there is rarely a line, the service is top notch and everyone is so helpful. Despite being bamboozled at the Verizon store at the mall AND the Apple store, Crystal fixed my phone in 30 seconds! I am going there forever more hands down they’re the best!

I have been shopping with Manny and his more than happy and resourceful employees for years! Once again, today, I was more than pleased to have supported and done business with a local store and not one of the corporate stores. Truly, you are treated with respect here, unlike the corporate stores! I was assisted to choose the best phone for me. I left the store, after much time was taken to explain how to use the phone etc! Thank you so much… You are truly the best and I will continue to travel 35 min to support your store as you have supported me over the years…

Never ever go to the Corporate Verizon store again… This place keeps it local and friendly. The service blows the corporate stores out of the water. For any of your cell needs go see Manny the proprietor of this store.

After almost giving up with the service I got at other local verizon stores, I found this gem on 1A in north beverly. This is the best customer service store I have found in a long time. The sales staff makes you feel relaxed and enjoy the fun of buying a phone with no pressure and when you need help, you get it. The next time you need a phone or coming up for a upgrade, head to this place.

Myself and a friend were trying to find a local Verizon store to buy a Galaxy Nexus from. The local «official» Verizon store in the Beverly Plaza had them, but was staffed with generally unpleasant folks. My friend talked to the owner of Freedom Wireless (Manny), and he said that he would be happy to open the store up at midnight so we could get our phones on launch day, «earlier» than other folks! We were both astonished.
Manny arrived exactly when he said he would (12:15am!), and opened the store just for us. He spent more than an hour going over everything related to the new phone, our contracts, etc. He was an absolute joy to work with, and an incredibly nice person. I’m still amazed that Manny went so far out of his way to make two phone geeks happy. Unbelievable!
Needless to say I will be shopping with Manny at Freedom Communications from here on out. I’ll never go back to the big «official» stores again. Manny is truly customer service oriented, and will make sure you’re taken care of, and 100% satisfied.
