There are two girls and one guy that work at this location who know how to take an order and work efficiently, and friendly. There is a blonde with blue eyes, a brunette girl who makes sandwiches, and a guy with piercings on his ears. When they are not here, the service is slow and rude, and they usually mess up your order.

I like dunkin donuts, I love a lotta the stufff they put out. I know there’s other great quality coffee shops in Beverly, but I still think Dunks is generally a solid place that gets the job done. However, this is the WORST dunks to have to go to. Soooo sketchy. Tons o’ creeps lingering that’ll probably try to hit you up for money for their next fix. Thankfully now that the registry has moved away from there, a lot of people are probably not gonna be subjected to this haven for hoodlums.

The weirdos that hang out here just add to the lovely downtown charm.

Ah, sweet downtown Dunks. Savior to the working man who spends his morning stuck in line at the RMV. Purveyors of the wonderfully stale, burnt, and sweetly acidic nectar that, no matter the time of day, tastes like it was brewed ten weeks ago. Home to the endless parade of unwashed undesirables that lie strewn across the front entrance like the half-smoked cigarette butts they just discarded. Let’s face it; there are only three real reasons why anybody would buy Dunks: you really needed to use the bathroom and felt guilty not buying anything afterwards; you’re a construction worker and need the Dunks cup for your Twisted Teas so you can drink on the job and not get caught; or you just don’t care enough about the quality of the coffee you drink and, like a pathetic junkie, will score your caffeine fix from whatever two-bit pusher is just around the corner. But, even then, should junkies suffer the indignity of horrible service? Of habitually slow turnaround time despite no one else in front of them? Of a half-filled pastry rack with fewer, and less palatable, options than a school-lunch program? Maybe they should; after all, free will doesn’t exactly cost all that much these days. As for me; I’ll gladly walk the extra ten yards down the street to get myself a half-decent cup of coffee.

Lousy coffee(sour cream/milk), dirty interior, and generally unhelpful staff.

If I ran into this Dunkin Donuts on fire and the people at this place were holding a fire hose I would still die because the person holding the hose wouldn’t know how to turn it on and the two people«working» out back trying to avoid the morning rush would still be peeking around the corner to see if the guy on fire was still waiting in line to be helped.

I am a big fan of Dunkin Donuts however this place lowers the bar. There is a better Dunks right around the corner near the Cummings Center that is 10 times better. I live across the street from this Dunks so it’s convenient for anyone hanging out on Cabot St. However the environment is nasty and they have yet to get my order correct. One time there was a cigarette butt next to the straws and sugar as well as gum on the floor. Just take it from me and go to any other Dunkin Donuts in Beverly or hit up any of the coffee shops on Cabot St.
