Dog Spa

We bring our three pomeranians here and we see laurie. Laurie is very helpful, giving me helpful tips on what products to use for the dry skin and dandruff our poms encounter. They come out looking and smelling amazing, and they are not stressed out about getting groomed. The Dog Spa offers great quality products! Very organized and clean space.

I should have done my homework… but I happened to call to see if I could drop by to have my dogs toe nails clipped, and they said YES. The Dog Spa is sparkling clean and everyone is very friendly! They took her in the back and within 10 minutes her toes were all trimmed… excellent…but for $ 15 dollars plus a tip… I will not return.

I really like them for grooming — mainly because they take their time and don’t rush your pet in and out.

We have been taking our dog Spencer here for 10 years. They are the best of the best. Erica is the sweetest. She really loves Spencer and he loves her. I know when I bring him in that he is in very good hands. Spencer is getting old and they take extra care with him now. Thanks to all at Dog Spa.

This review is long over due. We have been taking our Border Collie mixes to Dani at Dog Spa for years. She does an amazing job every time. We’ve gone to other groomers who are are less expensive but have never seen the same thoroughness and attention to detail we get from Dani.

Today was our first visit to Dog Spa, after having it highly recommended by several friends. It was an amazing experience for our puppy. We were originally surprised when we found out that the process took 5+ hours but after seeing our boy, we couldn’t have been happier. A special thanks to Katie for following our instructions and doing such a great job.

Dog Spa was perfect for our new puppy!
They had a full assortment of items ranging from snacks to shampoo, leashes, outfits, etc. for our puppy. They even had a puppy class which included a free grooming! The instructors in the class were great and I definitely recommend this class to anyone!
We were also very happy with their customer service. I bought a collar that was too big, and brought it back a week later for a smaller size. It turned out that they didn’t have that size in stock, so they ordered it immediately and it was an easy exchange!
They also had a sale recently on some of their «old season» items and I found some great deals for christmas presents for our puppy. When I didn’t know which size jacket would fit on my dog, one of the employees went out back during her grooming to measure her so that I bought the right size.
I am very pleased with the customer service and offerings that DOGSPA has to offer! :)

We take our cockapoo Bentley there and they are always friendly to us and especially our dog. He sees Melissa and she is so good with him!

They have some nice stuff for purchase but be absolutely sure that you want to own any of their accessories before you buy it. My wife bought some ceramic bowls to store treats in but after she got them home decided they wouldn’t work for us. When she tried to return them she was told DogSpa ONLY accepts returns within 7 days of purchase and ONLY for store credit. This was more than 7 days after purchase but not significantly more, probably 14. Needless to say we will be putting the bowls up on EBay (NIB) and not buying any more stuff at DogSpa.

My boston terrier doesn’t need much grooming, but we take him to DogSpa for baths and nail trims. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and he comes out clean, fresh, and happy. The store is high quality and spotless (unlike a lot of the smelly dog stores). Its a little pricey but I would never go anywhere else!

We have been to several groomers and Dog Spa is far and above the best one we have ever been to or seen. The facility is so high tech and clean. They segregate the waiting dogs in a quiet area away from all the noises of blowers and clippers etc. My two Mini Schnauzers never seem to have any nervousness issues there as they have had with other groomers. All this and Dog Spa’s prices don’t seem to be any more than any other groomer in the area. But that’s not all not only is Dog Spa a 1^st class grooming establishment but they sell top quality dog food (the kinds we should all be feeding our dogs) and treats as well as other sundries to spoil your pooch. The staff are all friendly, helpful and kind.
I wanted to update my review because there are many other pet food stores opening up in the area. I just want to say that what Dog Spa has that these others do not is knowledge and very good personal service. The staff at Dog Spa are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell especially pet foods. They even hold classes from time to time which are very helpful.

I love this place especially since they put up with my grouchy chihuahua and don’t complain. The best thing about this groomers is they don’t hide anything. The doors to the back rooms are completely see through and they take me back there all the time to get my dogs out. I feel they may be a bit pricey but its worth it knowing my dogs are safe.

If I could give something less than one star, I would have. We have been bringing our dog to Dog Spa for three years and didn’t really have any complaints until recently.
Shortly after a grooming appointment we noticed some fluid coming from the inside of our dog’s ears. Not sure what was wrong with our dog, we brought him to the vet to find out what was wrong. The vet told us that his ears were fine, just that he had some cuts on the inside of BOTH ears that were oozing (hence the fluid) and had begun to scab over. I explained that we had just had our dog groomed a few days prior and to that my vet replied, «maybe you should talk to your groomer.»
My wife called Dog Spa, explaining what had apparently happened, that the groomer trimmed the inside of my dogs ears too close to the point where he got razor burn. The woman on the phone was so rude to my wife, calling her a liar, saying that we were just trying to get money out of them, etc. that it brought my wife to tears. This was the OWNER who was speaking to my wife… I’m sorry, but if it were about money, we certainly would NOT be bringing our dog to Dog Spa considering how expensive it is.
If this is how the owner, of all people, treats their long-​time customers… then we will NEVER bring our dog back again, and we will make it a point to tell every dog owner that we know about our experience.

Zoe (my maltipoo aka the cutest dog ever) comes here about once a month depending on the season. They are a full service salon, but they also offer baked goods and cool clothes for the loved ones. Zoe has been to many groomers and she usually comes out very shaken and looking a mess. Missy (her groomer at Dog Spa) does a good job listening to what I ask for and I never have to pull Zoe’s claws out of my clothes as I try to hand her over. When I heard about Dog Spa people warned me that it was expensive and I disagree to an extent. The clothes are on the expensive side, but I’ve made much steeper prices for a far lower level of satisfaction for both clothes and grooming services. Dog Spa knows what they are doing. Zoe is happy, so I’m happy.
