History
Established in 2000.
Cassis Bakery, is New England’s home of mini pastries, cakes and wedding cakes. Owner, Master Baker and Pastry Chef David Tsypkin has been making delectable desserts since 1975. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, a world famous center of culinary education. After finishing the Culinary Institute of America, the Chef/Owner David Tsypkin, decided that the world of dessert making was lacking passion and creativity that it truly deserves. Hence, making Cassis «the home of quality without limits!
David won the Grand Prize MRNA Award in the New England Competition of Cake Decoration, with his Hearts of Diamond cake.

Ilya T.
Manager
A graduate of University of Massachusetts 2002. Ilya joined us in 2006 and has quickly brought Cassis Bakery Inc. to the forefront of the Boston Fine Pastry business. He continues his relentless persuit to bring Cassis Bakery’s amazing pastries to a worldwide audience and yet can sometimes be seen delivering those same pastries to you.
