I completely disagree Jim is great he will help you avoid a service call if you are at all handy. He and his team installed 4 garage doors at my business location. Since then he has helped me half a dozen times both at home and in the shop. He is a great guy always willing to help! He walked me through adjustments and troubleshootingy home garage door over the phone I have saved hundreds on service calls. Thanks Jim

Don’t believe the owner James Mitchell when he first talks to you and tells you about his service. On a weekend when your doors don’t work and you call his emergency number, he’ll answer and guess at whats wrong, then tell you to call the office back to get an appointment for the weekdays.
Not the great service I was aniticipating. Plus he may be a bit eccentric. Not a great combo.
And I’m a willing paying customer for emergency calls. Business must be too good as he says good buy and have a nice day.
