Manager

Brad is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Bradley A. Keyes, P. C. Established in 2014, and located in Beverly Hills, California, his practice centers on real estate, engaging in both litigation and transactional work. He represents clients in a wide range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, corporate formation, development, leasing, syndication, real estate tax matters, brokerage, financing, and litigation. His clients range from individual investors, corporations, and institutions across all asset classes of real estate, including residential, multi-​family, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.

His perspective, gained from practicing both trial and transactional law, is an asset that benefits clients. He has experience dealing with real estate related legal issues from all sides of the spectrum, whether it be the perspective of the plaintiff, defendant, partner, buyer, or seller.
