I usually don’t get lattes out anymore since I have a machine at home but when I do decide to pay for one, I prefer Coffee Bean. They carry a nice selection of organic coffees and always have Ethiopian yirgacheffe. I love their ice blended especially the one with the ground up chocolate covered coffee beans and recently I tried the Mexican Mocha Latte — so good!

Ok service. But as others mention is not clean location. Tables are not clean, Restroom is dirty. They are not that busy, but I don’t see anyone to care and start cleaning

Cory really makes the experience. A natural genius at customer service. They should totally make him a manager, if he’s not already.

Always been a favorite of mine, I am a huge fan of their Ice blended mocha drinks, even when it’s cold outside. I started out with mocha and now my fave is white chocolate. During the summer I became a fan of their blood orange sweet tea, which is made perfectly sweet. You can’t go wrong coming here, guaranteed to have the right flavor for you.

Stars for being Coffee Bean, because I’m a true fan thru & thru. However, this particular location has difficult parking and the bathroom is always borderline disgusting. Most Coffee Bean locations keep their bathroom very clean all the time. Not this one. It’s always nasty at best. Granted, that’s because of obnoxious dirty customers, but hey, at the end of the day, it’s the responsibility of the employees to keep it clean.

This used to be my go to location when i was on my way to work. then about 4 – 6 months ago everything changed. It seemed overnight the entire staff was replaced. Then it started going down hill. While everyone is nice the service is lacking, the feelings of «hey how’s it going» have been replaced with«let me see if I can remember what this woman wants to order». Unless I have extra time to spare and look forward to «what surprise drink will I get to day» I avoid this store at all costs.

Parking is horrible around here so get in where you fit in. However, Coffee Bean isn’t their wonderful people. Great shade out in front of the coffee shop

I would love to review this location better but given that we walked in 15 minutes before closing today, 7÷26÷15 to no one at the counter and two registers that read CLOSED. Having previously worked in a similar field with weekend hours and the sort, I would have never closed down so early. Guess I’ll take my business to the Starbucks down the street.

I avoided this place for a long time and came back in today(I’m writing this review using their wifi). If you are looking to buy drugs I would give this place 5 stars, as they have a resident drug dealer parked here, easily identifiable by his professional attire and iPhones. I would never allow my children to come to this place and I will not return.

Came here to grab a quick breakfast before a business training class. I decided to go with the healthier option and get oatmeal. For about $ 3 I was able to grab one of the most delicious freshly made bowls of oatmeal ever. The gal cooked it on the spot on an electric range stove in an actual pot. Fresh berries, brown sugar… MMMMmmmmm! Friendly staff!

While Starbucks is still my favorite… coffee bean is a close second. What I didn’t like about this place and all coffee bean locations is that they use powdered flavor instead of syrup. The taste is just not the same without 3 pumps of hazelnut. If a Starbucks is not around, this place will do just fine.

I just moved to the west coast and was a little shocked to find out DDs doesn’t exist out here… I thought America ran out that sh*t? Anyway, I was experiencing withdrawals when I started dropping into the Coffee Bean for my morning fix of caffeine and processed sugar. I didn’t think we’d click because I saw it as a poor man’s Starbucks… but I was willing to give it a try… i go there almost every day now! The staff is stable, friendly, the coffee does the job, and you don’t get those annoying rockstar baristas who are basically putting on a show for themselves. Also, the wifi is free and fast… This is the only location I’ve been but I’d definitely drop in to any other one over a Starbucks or even a DDs at this point.

I am a huge coffee bean fan! I love their coffee because it doesn’t taste burnt. I’ve been to this location twice. It’s always very busy but the staff is super friendly. They know their regulars by their first name and are t afraid to make you feel special. I

Been here a lot of times since it’s just across the place I work. The drinks are good if they get my order right. It’s just disappointing whenever they get my order wrong. Other than that, snacks are drinks are good.

This particular location stands out to me the most because a lot of customers practically LIVE here. Seriously. There is a ton of regulars who are here every single day and buy coffee and work away on their laptops almost all day or half a day. They even have their own«spot», which I think is cool. The employees don’t seem to mind and don’t say anything. They actually enjoy having them here. The wifi is free! ;) The coffee is fresh and the bagels are DELICIOUS! I always get the honey wheat bagel. super yummy & makes a great breakfast! The cream cheese is super delicious! Very smooth & creamy… I love it! I think it is their own specialty-made cream cheese… Overall, this location is great! I really like it and it’s not too crazy with annoying people like most places lol. I prefer Coffee Bean better than Starbucks! :p

This Coffee bean’s location is a lot better than the one down the street on La Cienega. The only draw back is that the parking is only for an hour. I’m not sure if they really enforce it, but I’d keep a close eye on you car. As for this location, the staff is super friendly and they always get the drink right. I try to stay away from the hours of 7:30 to 9:00AM because it’s just too busy. The line is actually out the door and once you order, it takes another 15 – 20 minutes for your drink. This Coffee Bean is really the only coffee shop around unless you want to walk to «their competition» on Robertson. Overall, this is now my new go to coffee spot. Drinks are always hot and correct and everyone is super friendly. Keep up the good work Coffee Bean!!!

60 minute parking in the lot, don’t over stay too long, because there is a parking attendant monitoring! Lucky for those who want to run in/out or just stay for a bit, because at least you’ll be able to find a parking spot :) Ordered the Matcha Latte — creamier than the Starbucks version, delicious. They can have long lines, but despite there’s still adequate seating indoors and outdoors!
