Aaron was always attentive and guided us in making sure we were doing what we needed to to market ourselves properly. They were on time with our website and all other services. I read Chris’ review and think there must be something more to his story. I had none of the issues he brought up. I strongly suggest businesses go with The Brainchild Group.

I hired Aaron Shoenberger dba «The Brainchild Group» to design a website for me several years ago. I have never hired a worse company in my life. Aaron was very smooth and said all the right things, but in the end was very unprofessional. Long story short, I waited for 2 years for a website that was supposed to be delivered in a few months. The website that was finally delivered was full of functionality issues and was incomplete. I took the Brainchild Group to small claims court to get my money back and won. The Brainchild Group then appealed the decision only to not even show up at their own appeal. This man ruined my business plan and then refused to refund my money until I took him to court. I lost thousands of dollars because of this man and he was totally uncooperative at honoring his own contract. I strongly recommend anyone considering Aaron Shoenberger services to run the other direction and not look back.
