I have left numerous messages at there office to get back to me. I have also faxed information over. When you call the main secretary is always not at her or his desk. These people do not run a legitimate business. I will file a report with the BBB and send an injunction to there office. The issue is that we need to pay a bill but have no way to pay it. And yet they say in a letter that we are given 10 days to pay or else they will ruin our credit. First of all a company can do nothing unless the bill is at least 30 days old. Second they sent the letter late. Do not rent from this company.

On 9÷3÷12, I was leaving through the Redlands Parkview Terrace apartment gates on Terracina Blvd when the gates all of a sudden closed on my car and damaged it. Some residents had to open the gates so I could get my car through. Moments later, other residents had their cars damaged by the same gate. Management refuses to take responsibility for our car damages and keeps denying that there is any problem with the gate, despite the multiple witnesses that saw what happened to my car. Even the maintenance guy that works at the complex saw my damages and the malfunctioning gate. He had to reset the gate to get it to work again, yet management denies this and says there was nothing wrong with. it They even tried denying that any other residents had their car damaged and ended up making a fool out of themselves after another resident who had his car damaged walked in to complain again. I ended up having to fix my car with my insurance, paying a $ 500 deductible with $ 1800 in damages and $ 459 for a rental car. Management called me a few weeks ago offering me $ 250 off of my rent, which doesn’t even cover the rental car that I had to pay out of my own pocket, so I refused their offer. They refuse to release their insurance company information to my insurance company because they claim that the malfunctioning gates are not their responsibility.
