The waiters are the WORST, VERYRUDEANDARROGANT. They are a big deterrent to eating at Snaks on the 5th floor in Saks Beverly Hills. George is by far terrible, the others aren’t as bad. There could be two people in the café and they take forever to take your order and bring it. They don’t listen and frequently bring the wrong food. My friend got up and left and said George is racist. Food is fair, but the place is just convenient when shopping.

Saks Fifth Ave., Beverly Hills Café SnAKS deliciously good. Love the salads especially the Southwest grilled chicken salad. Gets super crowded around lunch time; good service and great food… Not to mention you can shop to you drop and then have a healthy scrumptious lunch… Oh yeah… Then shop some more. Enjoy!

Their complimentary bread with olive purée is delicious. Tasted like naan bread. Calamari was delicious. Crab cakes were delicious. I absolutely love the spinach and mushroom accompanied with it. The pizza was alright. The salad was very good just be sure to ask for salad dressing because it tasted very bland without extra ranch dressing. Original dressing seems like lime juice and olive oil or something. Fancy snacks I would say because it is not cheap here. Located on the 5th floor of the women’s building by contemporary.

Surprisingly better than I thought it would be! At the end of the day, folks, you’re dining at a department store café so you can’t really hold it to the high standards of regular restaurants. Rather, you have to compare it to other department store cafes such as Bloomingdale’s and maybe even Nordstrom. To that extent, this café is a winner. We ordered a delicious summer salad and an a tuna sandwich. Both were good. I especially liked the pita bread with the olive spread. Nice touch! Even the coffee was pretty decent. I mean it wasn’t amazing… just better than most other cafes. Happy customer. I’ll be back!

A woman changed her baby’s dirty diaper while eating lunch! Disgusting. Told management and nothing. NEVER come here. The food was also terrible.

I heard their food is actually pretty good, but their coffee was just a no for me. Maybe it’s because I’m used to the sweet and flavored coffee from Starbucks and Coffebeans, but if you like those this place is NOTFORYOU. They serve their coffee in the smallest cups ever and they are really bitter… The apple pie I got was really good though. It was really big and they served it with whipped cream and ice cream on the side!

Happened to be hungry in Sak’s Fifth Avenue and decided to grab some lunch at SnAKS. Ordered a BLT with Cajun Fries. Though the sandwich was pretty plain, appreciated the hearty helping of bacon and the added touch of avocados. Cajun Fries seemed to be a bit overly seasoned, but tasted good nonetheless. Overall, three stars. Great service, but still far too overpriced for something so simple and average tasting, perhaps would’ve enjoyed a menu with more variety. Kudos on the pita bread and olives.

Decided to grab some lunch here today. Usually I don’t like going to these types of cafes located in stores but I needed to eat and the menu looked good. I ordered the tuna melt which they serve two sides open face(I presume you can put together or eat open face) We had split the sandwich and the server didn’t bat an eye that we were sharing(some servers hate it because they think you are cheap but we do it because we are not wasteful) The orders are pretty large so I was glad we split it. The staff was good and very pleasant. Be sure to get validated and the parking is free all day with that validating which is great especially if you are planning on shopping on Sak’s/Rodeo afterwards.
