Robertson Optical is the best! They have an incredible selection of super stylish frames, but even if you already have frames, they are the quickest and cheapest about putting new lenses in — I love them. Family owned makes such a difference!

Cutest people working there. After calling and visiting countless sunglass repair shops (just to switch lenses from optical to sunglass) and receiving outrageous prices, I found this gem. No fuss or excuses. Within 5 minutes I had already payed and was out the door. Less than an hour later my glasses were ready. Fast, efficient, reasonable prices and friendly staff!

Prescription glasses are ready within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this business for all your sun or prescription glasses.

I love this place! I have been buying sunglasses and getting sunglasses repaired here for years. Family owned biz — and they need our help now. They were recently robbed of almost entire inventory. Luckily no one was hurt, but now they need our help. If you are thinking about new prescription glasses, kick ass sunglasses (they have the best Ray Ban selection! not to mention all top designer frames.) or need something repaired, please go here! These guys are Amazing! super fast service and very fair prices. I have been going to them well over 10 years and service and prices cant get any better.

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. I came in with my prescription for contacts, and he gave me the best price. I’ve worn contacts for 15 years. And this place, by far, was the least expensive I’ve paid for contacts.
FYI– They also have many frame options, which were also fairly priced.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and have bought more than 3 pairs of glasses from this store.
I was on the hunt for RayBans and this store has the best prices in town so we stopped in on a Saturday to peruse the selection. We tried on a few pairs of glasses each, but were headed next door to grab some yogurt before purchasing. As we were headed out the owner said «Don’t bother coming back. This is not a showroom. I dont want your type in my store.» We were furious as we were just about to spend $ 500+ on two pairs of glasses.
The owner is a jerk and don’t worry, you will never see us in there again. He was exceptionally rude to a customer on the phone and last time my boyfriend had been there, he was watching pornography on his computer.
I would not recommend this store whatsoever, mostly for the mere principle that the owner has the worst customer service I have ever come across.

I’ve been going here for about 9 years now. They have the best prices! Just had some lenses replaced and my glasses look so good!

I love this frame store, they have an amazing selection of designer frames and sun glasses. Been a long time customer of them, and I am never disappointed by the selection, price nor the amazing customer service that comes directly from the owner.
They are family owned very well priced and in many cases cheaper than you would expect for the designer frames. Turnaround on frames is 3 days and you can’t ask for any better. Do not be intimidated by the location being in B.H. they are extremely humble and allow you to freely try frames and they don’t force you to buy.
Please go see for yourself. There is a real reason why I keep passing on Lasik surgery :-)))

This is the absolute rudest eyeglass store I have ever been to in my life. I have been wearing eye glasses for the majority of my life, and I have about 35 pairs. I have never experienced a more rude or incompetent sales people in my life. Never ever go here. Not worth it. There are many other stores in Beverly Hills with much better customer service and a wider glasses selection.

Great selection — good prices, and even better customer service — I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stylish pair of glasses at a decent cost. Quick turnaround time if you’re wanting your specs right away — also, they have fixed frames of mine I didn’t buy from them. Very helpful. I’ll keep going back!

Beyond a doubt, the best selection of frames at the deepest discounted rates I have ever come across. Every major high end brand you can think of.

This place is AWESOME!!! They have a great variety of glasses and if they don’t have what you are looking for, they will get it. I was looking for a limited edition Persol Steve McQueen sunglasses and they were able to find them for me. Akbar is the nicest man and he is very helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I have been buying glasses here since 2005 and I highly recommend it!!!
