I’ve been should have wrote this awesome review about my hair stylist Richard! But if you already don’t know and haven’t heard about his awesome reputation as far as his hair ability and his personality aside from here it is great but his talent and his personality together exceeded All my expectations. He not only took me last minute before my trip to Costa Rica but he did my hair so awesomely that Couldn’t nobody tell that I had to leave nor did I have a perm and I got my hair wet everyday in Costa Rica and you could not tell the difference. I just want to say thank you and I highly recommend Richard Grant for any type of hairstyle because I think he’s truly well capable of doing it right the first time!!!

I absolutely love Richard! He is such a wonderful soul to be around and an AMAZING stylist. I am relatively new to the area and recently started going to him to care for my over processed hair. Since the beginning Richard has been available for questions, easy to schedule, and a good listener. More importantly, he cares about the health of the hair and he has a good system to wean from chemical relaxers to natural. To sum it up, Richard is a very talented stylist who’s goal is to make you beautiful! And that’s exactly how I feel when I leave his chair.

Richard is legitimately one of the best people I’ve ever met. Not kidding. You’ll love him!
As for his hair– he gave me a consultation, went to buy my hair for me (with my money, of course), and was able to schedule me in very quickly. He did a beautiful job and I’m obsessed with my extensions! They are so light; I barely notice them there. Google says tape ins last 6 – 8 weeks. Exactly on the 8 week mark, one extension fell out. The others are still in there and it’s bordering on ten. (I also took very good care of them.) If one falls out before they’ve grown out, he will put it back in for you, so don’t worry about that! For lots of compliments on your hair, go to Richard! And be sure to save enough money for upkeep because you’re going to be real sad if after loving them so much, you can’t pay for the redo. Ok, go! Call him!

I was looking for a change and am glad I met Richard Grant! I have long hair and wanted a short bob and had never had a weave before! He had such patience with me from everything to what hair to get to how to care for the hair. He is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and that made me feel comfortable about getting my first weave. My bob turned out fantastic and I have never received so many compliments on a hair cut before! I cannot wait to go back!

Let me start by saying that I don’t trust ANYONE with my hair except Richard.
I have been with him for about 4 years now and my hair is healthier now than it’s ever been.
Richard took my blondish color treated, chopped up locks –the work of my salon owning mother in law (bless her sweet sweet heart), and transformed it into a super shiny sleek purple ombré.
He’s passionate about his work and has an amazing aura. You will definitely leave his chair with fabulous hair.

HANDS DOWN, Richard is a hair God!!! I’m a hairstylist Ho and I’ve been around for stylist to stylist and Richard is the best at what he does with extensions! I don’t think I can ever go back to anyone else. Not only does he give you body and length, but he does it in the most cautious way possible to keep your hair healthy on top of that!

I don’t even know where to start… I don’t think there are words to describe Richard, but I will try. He is beyond knowledgable and explains every step. He is truly a master of extensions. We spoke before my appointment regarding what I was looking to do. I’ve had awful experiences with stylists in the past, so I went into this call very apprehensive. Instantly, Richard calmed my nerves and made me feel like I was in good hands. After our call I couldn’t wait until our appointment.
On the day of my appointment I hit awful traffic and was almost 40 minutes late. When I arrived Richard was so kind and reassured me it was ok that I was late. Most stylists are so rude when something like that happens. It’s that extra bit of compassion, kindness, and positivity that makes the experience with Richard so special.
As we got started with the process he went step my step with me. I got a keratin treatment that absolutely transformed my hair. He explained in detail the process of a keratin treatment and what each step does. After my keratin treatment we started the extension process. Richard was able to match the color of my hair perfectly. I went with the tape in extensions for a very natural look. Watching Richard work his extension magic, it’s like watching Van Gogh create a masterpiece.
When Richard finally revealed my final look I was floored. I honestly had never felt more beautiful in my life. I’ve always struggled with self-​esteem and in that moment Richard had given me something I rarely feel.
Since getting my extensions I feel more confident and it’s helped me in my professional and personal life.
I would recommend Richard to everyone. He’s amazingly talented, kind, full of energy, and oozes positivity.

Having curly hair can be a blessing and a curse. Getting a hair cut was always semi traumatic until I found Richard. Please let him do your hair! You will get a masterful cut and you will be styled to perfection. He is professional and funny too! Love how my hair looks after Richard does it!

Richard is absolutely the best at what he does. From the very first phone call to the end of my hair transformation, he made me feel comfortable, beautiful and just made this whole process so pleasant. He is meticulous and a perfectionist who does not rush you out of the door to work on his next client. He takes his time and really, really looks to see what it is that he can do to make your hair fabulous to have you look your best. Not only is he a great artist, he is a beautiful human being. He’ll make you laugh with all the adventures he’s been on and with his talents he’s sure to go places and take his gifts to a different level. Don’t hesitate to have him work wonders with your hair. I can’t be happier with my extensions. He blended it so well you can’t even tell they weren’t mine. He really is a master of hair extensions!!!
The atmosphere of the salon was awesome to match, everyone was just so warm and friendly. This was really the best hair experience I’ve ever had.

This review is long over due! I am a weave fanatic. I needed to switch up my look, so a friend of mine recommended Richard to me. I am so glad I met Richard. Not only did he slay my hair for the GODS, he is also a kind person. All in all, I completely recommend Richard. FYI, his work is not for those looking for a «weave special», similar to what you would find on craigslist. Nope!

Richard has been doing my hair for about 4 years now and he has always been so loyal and professional! No matter how busy he gets, he always makes time to get me in when I need to see him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a hairstylist from a simple press and curl to the most complicated extension work. He’s truly passionate about what he does and it’s obvious to see by the way he treats his clients!

Richard is phenomenal. Seriously, nobody even knows that I have extensions. He really understands the look that you desire and takes it a step further by also providing great «hair care». My hair has never been healthier. BTW, he is the fastest weaver I’ve ever had the the pleasure of knowing.
An added bonus is being able to sit in his chair on a regular basis and have uplifting and «real» conversations. I walk out of there with a great style and feeling mentally rejuvenated and relaxed.

Richard is amazing. I am always confident going to him because I know that he will give me exactly what I am looking for. I was recently in a wedding and had a few hairstyle ideas for it. I showed him a couple of pictures, we talked about some options, and in the end he gave me exactly what I had in mind. I was receiving compliments all day long! He is extremely punctual. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken care of. As soon as I arrive, I am seated in his chair immediately, which is always nice. He is fun to be around, professional, kind, and attentive to his clients needs. He’s versatile in his styling and always delivers. If you’re looking for someone to do your hair, he’s definitely the one!

Richard is a blessing. This was my first time getting extensions, and he made me feel so comfortable and excited throughout the whole process. His confidence from the beginning was so uplifting, even from the first phone call, when he promised to make me look fabulous. He gave me my long locks back, and sometimes even I forget it’s not actually my hair. Richard is extremely talented, and you can tell he loves what he does. I would definitely fly back from NY to have him do my hair, and recommend him to anyone looking for a change. He will make you look and feel beautiful! Thank you Richard!

Richard is a real Beaty and pro in a hair extensions. I did ombré and wanted something more and he gave me even more than just a new perfect look, he made me a princess of all mermaids)) my hair look absolutely fantastic and quality of his job is priceless, nobody who see me can’t say that is not my real hair)
And I guess he bring me luck with my new look, cause i got engaged after 2 weeks his miracle job))
He is super friendly and adorable. I highly recommend him to all my friends cause he is best of the best) and you can’t just walk away with out smile and super happy face)))

Richard is such a pro. He has a great talent for immediately gauging your hair and what direction to take it in. He is very thorough and to top it all off he’s a sweetheart and has such a great presence:) I love my new hair because it makes me feel more confident! I can’t wait to work with him again! :)

Richard is amazing. He had been doing my extensions for the past few years. I have seen him work miracles. After I had my second baby, all of my hair fell out and I needed a mommy makeover, stat.

Richard did an amazing job on my extensions he was very knowledgable and helped me make the right decision on which ones worked best for my hair. The hair was fun and felt great. Only word of caution is even though they are gentle on your hair it’s hard not to accidentally snag some off and when that happens some of your hair will come off so be careful and extra gentle when washing and combing. Special brush that Richard gave me worked great. Thanks Richard see you soon!

Richard Grant… He makes me feel even more like a Diva. I’ve always had extensions in the past but then Richard introduced me to individual extensions and it was game over. He custom colored my hair to match my natural hair, not only was it amazing blown out but I never had to spend hours doing my hair because It perfectly matched my curly hair when I just wanted to run out and throw some product in. Richard makes your experience feel luxury, and you can sit in his chair and tell him your whole life story. I recommended Richard for all hair textures.
