WOW! Wish we had gotten the same amazing representation as you promise through your website. What we got instead was an unrealistically high assessment of the property to get the listing; followed by a series of price reductions; followed by buyers offering two to three HUNDRED thousands less on the property; followed by several buyers never following through and three falling out of escrow due to not qualifying (how’s that for due diligence on your part); followed by the buyer from hell, which you also represented, and kept representing all the way through the Breach of Contract and the rest of the nightmare. Amazing!
Let’s see:
1) Incorrect valuation of the property; 2) series of price reductions; 3) series of non-​qualified buyers; 4) three deals falling out of escrow; 5) representing both seller and buyer in a nightmarish negotiation that ended in a Cancellation and buyer refusing to take his money out of escrow… All wrapped up with lack of communication, hysterical e-​mails and a final letter that essentially says (in legalese): Screw you, I’m done. AMAZING!

It is so important to me that whoever is helping me sell and buy my new home is genuine and can deal with my pickiness. Megan, Anna, and Deanna are not only great at what they do, but they are also wonderful human beings who have your best interest in mind.
Before selling my home, I had so many concerns like — what if I sell my home too fast and don’t find a place I like in time? What if the situation was reversed and I find a place I love first and lose out because I have no offers on my sale? How do I deal with the stress of double escrow? You get the idea… I am not the easiest client.
Real Estate Concierge exceeded all my expectations! Within a week of listing my condo, I got an offer. I got a little bit greedy and countered the offer hoping to get a little bit more. And the buyer did not accept. (It happens!) But Megan did not give up. She had such a positive attitude and assured me that she WILL sell my place. I gave it another week and got 2 more offers at once! This drove the price up and we sold the property for $ 5,000 more than asking.
So obviously the process did not end there. I had to find a new home. I got pre-​approved for a $ 650,000 loan. But I didn’t want to spend the full amount since I knew I wanted to travel more in these upcoming years. Megan was more than understanding. She did not pressure me into buying a property for more money. She let me choose something I was comfortable with.
After finding a place I really liked and my offer accepted right away, Anna took over helping me. Anna is the easiest person to work with. She is so sweet and knows how to keep you calm in stressful situations. Instead of pushing her stress on you, she just laughs about it. She stays positive and doesn’t give up.
About a week before I was suppose to close on my purchase property, my mortgage broker declined my loan saying the property we want to purchase has a restriction on it in case of a foreclosure. This would make the loan hard to sell to another bank. As you can imagine, I was beyond angry. How could they put me through all this stress only to tell me they can’t fund my loan a week before?! I called my loan processor and she said there was nothing we could do. (Super helpful, right?)
I told Anna the situation and she worked with the Escrow officer and found out from the city this document was no longer valid. And also contacted another mortgage broker to standby just in case the loan didn’t work out with our current lender. She problem solves and has a contingency plan in case we need to resort to plan b. After calling our mortgage broker several times with no response, she got a hold of the loan processor’s supervisor. He updated the information and approved the loan. What a relief! I really couldn’t have done it without Anna.
I close on my purchase today and will close on my selling property next week. Hopefully, it’ll be smooth from this point forward. And if we run into more problems, I know this team will get me through it. I highly recommend Real Estate Concierge!
