History

Established in 1973.

In 1973 Attorney James («Jimmy») Aaron Pflaster began providing high quality legal services to the community in all aspects of litigation. Eventually, he refined the practice to civil litigation, generally representing individuals and small business. Attorney Martin R. Berman, has been admitted since 1986 and regularly represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in employment, personal injury and business litigation matters. Mr. Berman also specialized in litigation involving public entities. Starting in 1998, attorney Martin R. Berman started collaborating with his close friend Jimmy Pflaster. In 1999 they formally started working together. At that time, they expanded the practice to include more employment and business related cases. Over the years they successfully represented clients in all matters of litigation generating millions of dollars in recovery for their Plaintiff clients, while regularly successfully defending those clients who were Defendants.

Mr. Berman, since 1986 has successfully represented clients in both California State courts and various Federal courts. His clients have included both individuals, large corporations and governmental entities involved in personal injury, employment and business litigation.
