The correction has been made. I was fortunate enough to deal with a knowledgeable and competent employee who solved the problem. Not ready to give it 5 stars yet. Mistake shouldn’t have happened and had I not established an online account, I wouldn’t have discovered the error. Maybe in time I will be able to upgrade the rating. But meanwhile anyone who has accounts at Pacific Western should not trust their paperwork and check either online or go to the bank to verify the information in their computer system.
