A native of Chicago, Dr. Leaf graduated from the University of Chicago School of Medicine with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. After a surgical internship at Stanford Medical center, he returned to the University of Chicago for residencies in both general and plastic surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Leaf is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at UCLA Medical Center, where he actively participates in the training of residents. He is on the staff of Cedars-​Sinai Medical Center, Midway Hospital (formerly Chief of Surgery) and Century City Hospital. He is licensed to practice in California, Colorado, and Illinois

Dr. Leaf is internationally known, and has been featured on many national television shows and magazines such as W, Vogue, Allure, and More. He has practiced in Beverly Hills, California for almost 30 years.

In the midst of my senior year of high school, I began to get some pretty severe acne, and I was honestly starting to feel hopeless. I tried a bunch of different methods, but nothing really seemed to work. When I showed up to Maya’s corner of the office, I was pretty doubtful that anything would actually help, but I was completely wrong!
After doing a complete facial, my skin felt better than it had in a while, and she knew exactly what was wrong with my skin. She then suggested some skincare products that would do the most work for me, according to my personal acne problem.
After that session and for the months to come, I would basically wash my face twice a day and use a solution once at night, which I bought straight out of the office. About a year later now, I literally don’t have any acne. (I get a few breakouts here and there, but who doesn’t?) She knows her stuff, and everyone in the office is super friendly! 10⁄10 would recommend.

Maya is nothing short of amazing. I am 26 and started taking care of my skin around 21 with Botox and medical grade skincare, but ever since I started seeing Maya for hydrafacials, she has transformed my skin into better than I could have ever imagined. Just by feeling my skin at my first appointment she was able to tell me what I needed to tweak in terms of my daily skincare. I see her every 4 weeks for a hydrafacial and my skin just glows!!! Not to mention she is as sweet as can be. Her skin is absolutely flawless. I can only hope that by starting taking care of my skin at a young age my skin looks like hers someday. Highly recommend Maya!

I saw Joy for fillers under my eyes and my lips. I’ve always had to suffer for a couple weeks in the past with bruises under my eyes but she knew how to get it done without a single bruise! As for my lips, I have gorgeous luscious lips I keep getting compliments on and they look completely natural. It’s worth every penny I spent.

For some months now I’ve been seeing Maya for treatment dealing with my acne scars. When she introduced me to the Rejuvapen and explained to me that it will help create a natural healing process to produce collagen and help speed up the process for my scars to go away, I was relieved to hear such a thing. For 5 years now I’ve been suffering with my acne scars and have been told that they will eventually fade as I get older. I had accepted the fact that I was stuck with these scars and nothing would help me. Until I had my first treatment I couldn’t believe my results. Before the treatment I basically had holes in my face and easily my fingertip can go inside these holes. After my first treatment I was amazed how the bigger scars were so small and already some of the scarring was gone. Every time I come back for the next treatment I am always satisfied and relieved seeing my skin getting better from the scarring and current acne I have right now. I would trust no one else with my skin other than Maya. She is amazing and I am always happy when I leave.

Best place to go for skincare!!! Maya is an expert, especially with ethnic skin. She has been working with me for years, and if I go anywhere else, the result are just not the same. She is highly educated on skincare and skin types as well as products. She takes her time, clearing your skin to it’s natural state. Love this office and staff. Came in for a consultation and was greeted by a beautiful girl who instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease (I was very nervous). I then met with the doctors practice director, Caroline (btw… is everyone in this office STUNNING?!). Besides her striking beauty… I was genuinely grateful at the time she spent with me to explain the process, hear my concerns, and set me at ease. Dr. Leaf was kind, pleasant, and does beautiful work. I booked my procedure, and am proud to say I will definitely become a frequent flyer at this wonderful office. After all, a girl has her needs! ;)

Maya’s facials are the bestest! I have been getting facials with Maya for over ten years. Without fail I get compliments on my skin after getting a facial done. She knows her stuff and gives my skin exactly what it needs to revive it. My favorite part of the facial is the extractions. Once you experience her facials and see the results you won’t want anyone else working on your face. She is a lovely person, welcoming and genuine. This review is for Maya, who I can say personally changed my life. Right before moving to LA about a year ago I was forehead to chest covered in cystic acne. I couldn’t find a solution so I covered it with the strongest MAC concealer money can buy. I refused to go or be seen anywhere without makeup, even at the gym! Maya came as a personal referral from a friend. On a whim I called the office and sat in on my first appointment a «deep cleaning facial». I can honestly say I saw results almost immediately. I was hooked! Maya put me on a regimen that worked for me and I continued to see her for facials monthly. I can now say I am 100% acne free and on most days I don’t even wear makeup. Not only is Maya extremely gifted and talented in her work but she is also so personable, she will make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the door to the time you leave. Which is a rare and amazing quality in this industry. I can honestly say if you want glowing healthy skin you need this woman in your life.

Dr. Leaf is the gold standard of plastic surgery. I think that his technique is flawless. A recent breast augmentation that I saw was so beautifully done. The patient went from an A to a Full B. It balanced hip area and gave her a cute, a very natural although vivacious look. I would recommend that if anyone is considering plastic surgery to get on his schedule now!!! I am a plastic surgery nurse and have seen alot of postoperative patients. Dr. Leaf consistently produces excellent results on all procedures. Faces are natural giving patient an elegant tuneup.

I say a quick prayer everyday, thanking God I found Maya at Dr. Leaf’s office. I found out about this place from a magazine article that talked about their vitamin IV facial and thought it sounded cool… get a facial to take care of my skin on the outside and get vitamins and minerals intravenously to help me from the inside. So I made an appointment and met Maya. She’s amazing!!! I love her!!! She’s the best!!!
Now…I know there are a lot of good facial places out there… I’ve tried my share of a lot of them… Kate Somerville, Priviledge spa, Burke Williams, my dermatologist’s office, Face Place, Spa Aesthetica in Orange, the list goes on… and even quadruple that amount in the different products I’ve tried. La Mer, Ren, K. Somerville, Obagi, Proactive, Guinot, Dr. Dennis Gross, Murad and prescription meds including, but not limited to: Retin-​A, Epiduo, Acanya, Hydroquinone, doxycycline, spironolactone, and Accutane. None of the above places or products have been me results close to what Maya has been able to get me… and in a very short time period too! She introduced me to the skin care line, Biologique Recherché and now I’m absolutely OBSESSED with it. Instant results!!! I have very acne-​prone skin and just a couple days after starting BR products, my face is baby skin smooth and the bumps are gone and flat. Celebrities and beauty bloggers alike rave about BR products. Ill post a link below that a well-​known blogger wrote about BR and their cornerstone product, P50.
If your on the fence about giving Maya a try, don’t waste another minute!!! I highly recommend her… and will happily spread the word that I have found the best esthetician in Beverly Hills!

I just had laser done on my forehead for acne scarring, I’ve had indents in my forehead since I was in high school (sad to say that was about ten years ago) and am getting married in August so I want to look flawless. I’ve done a ton of research and got recommended to this office by a close friend who works in the so fab Beverly Hills area so I decided to come in for a consultation. Please note, I’ve gotten laser done before and had very faint results, so I am a skeptic. I met with both Joy and Maya and both are clearly knowledgeable about all things skin. They both examined my trouble area and came up with a plan to make my skin glow and get rid of the scarring.
I went in yesterday for my laser with Joy, and she was AMAZING. So kind, so professional, so thorough, and I already see results, even my ooo so detailed fiancé said it looks better already. I’m kind of a wimp with pain, and she really calmed my nerves. I cant wait to see the full results in the coming months (true laser results come over the period of a few months as Joy explained).

No one believes my age and I always credit Dr. Leaf’s office. The staff is ultra nice and accommodating. They make you feel special from the moment you arrive. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Leaf’s for 11 years and my mom as been for 6 years. Dr. Leaf makes you feel comfortable and takes his time answering your questions. I have been to Joy as well for Botox and and she is also phenomenal at what she does with injectables.
If you want to look your best, you have to go to the best. Go to Leaf MD Skincare!

AMAZING. Maya is the best esthetician in Beverly Hills. You will leave completely relaxed, and your skin will be glowing. I highly recommend the cocktail facial (IV VITA-​INFUSION FACIAL) which includes an IV of vitamins & minerals during the facial treatment. Maya will customize a facial for your skin issues. It’s hard to describe how amazing Maya’s facials really are… it’s something you just have to experience. And the fire and ice facial rocks too :)

Joy is an absolute pro with injectables. Her work is very effective, but yet leaves you with a look that is really natural. I came to her after having seen a M.D./cosmetic surgeon (with his work, I now realize that my face looked a little bit stern). Joy modified the pattern of injections and the result was remarkably better. I am so glad to have found her and I highly recommend.

Joy is the best around! She makes you feel so at home from the minute you step into her peaceful office and takes time to really understand what it is you’re looking for. I spent about a year trying to find a reliable, skilled specialist to administer botox, as I’m very particular about the outcome I prefer. About a month prior to my wedding I was fortunate to find Joy, who did an absolutely perfect job of polishing my visage for the big day! It wasn’t too much, it wasn’t to little; the outcome was exactly what I told her I was looking for, subtle and natural. I will not go to anyone else as long as I live in LA.

Joy is wonderful. She does an analysis of your face at no charge so that you can see on a screen the amount of sun damage and aging that you have. She is very sweet and understanding. I would highly recommend Joy for laser procedures.

I had no idea that there was a difference in technique for dysport/​botox until I used a $ 100 off coupon I received elsewhere. I tried it from someone else and quickly realized Joy knows exactly where to inject to make it look the most beautiful and natural. I will always be her client. :)
