Southern ladies rejoice!!! Elisa’s work is magic!!! Originally from Alabama where EVERYTHING is monogrammed I had been searching for the perfect monogram shop for literally (LITERALLY) 10 years, and thankfully I stumbled into Monogrammit about 5 months ago. Elisa monogrammed about 30 pieces for me (bridesmaid gifts) and they are just STUNNING. She used a mesmerizing rose gold metallic thread and was honest and helpful when I asked her opinion on placement and style/​design. In addition to her flawless work, she is a kind, gracious, and glowing woman who always remembers my name and makes me feel like royalty every time I’m in the store! I will be using her forever (or as long as I am living in LA!), and I recommend her whole heatedly!

Love, love, love this place! I can’t say enough good things about the quality and customer service I received when trying this company for the first time. The owner truly cares about her customers and makes an extra effort to ensure that they are happy. I came here to get me future baby’s «take me home» outfit embroidered and it came out beautifully! I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back and getting more items personalized.

I wanted to have a white hooded sweater monogrammed for my sister’s wedding, for her to wear as she got ready. I found out most embroidery shops have a 3 – 4 day turnaround, but I needed it same day. I called Monogrammit and spoke to the owner. After I explained my need to rush, she was very accommodating. I dropped off the sweater when the shop opened and was able to pick it up a little after close because I was running late in traffic. The owner was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the whole experience. She and the shop are very classy and the service is definitely 5 stars! I would leave them 5 stars but I would warn everyone to print out a photo of what you want to have monogrammed before it it done. Also I don’t think this place is as expensive as others say– I had a fabric tag monogrammed with a name for $ 28 next day rush. The first time they did it they did they did the wrong font. It is actually Elisa’s assitant who operates the embroidery machine so it is good to print out what you need to have done in the exact font. Their quality is good and turn around time is also good!

Outstanding service! We came in on a Saturday at 2pm and realized the shop closed at 3pm. Elisa, the owner, still took the order and delivered within one hour. It was a gift for a celebration that evening and we have been lucky that Monogramit gave us such an outstanding service. The products we bought are amazingly nice and personal. Thank you.

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at Monogrammit. I was looking to buy a luxury bathrobe and have it personalized for my husband as an anniversary present. I went to Nordstrom and was considering a Ralph Lauren robe which was $ 90 and another robe from Saks for $ 220. I called Monogrammit just to ask how much stitching would be and she said she also sold robes so I thought I’d give it a try. Honestly, Monogrammit’s luxury robe which is $ 120 was more luxurious and better quality than the other robes I saw. Just to do stitching (had I brought my own robe) would have been $ 45 but since I bought the robe from Monogrammit, the stitching was included. I got a gorgeous luxury robe with stitching for $ 120 (plus tax), great deal! My husband adores it and the stitching was done perfect! Great work Monogrammit, I’ll be back!

In my experience with Monogrammit of Beverly Hills, I believe they have surpassed my expectations every time. Professional, friendly, and some of the most beautiful and precise monogramming in the business! Elisa and her team are such pleasant people to work with and their work always finishes clean, classy, and prompt! I would highly recommend them for all your monogramming needs.

Elisa’s work is superb! She helped me with the rather challenging project of embroidering my clinical lab coat with my nursing school’s intricate logo, and the result was absolutely exceptional. Elisa maintained constant communication with me regarding the status of my order and is truly a consummate professional. I will certainly refer to her for all of my future embroidery needs.

Monogrammit and Elissa are fantastic! I needed a bag done with super quick turn around. The embroidery was super difficult on this type of bag. Elissa promised me 24 hour turn around and was so fantastic to deal with. She was friendly, helpful and polite. I will definitely be a return customer and refer many others! She went the extra mile for me and I could not be more appreciative. Great work and great service. A customer couldn’t ask for more.

Yes, this place is «expensive» but I shopped around and Elisa is actually cheaper than two chain stores I went to. She does excellent work, be specific and you will not be let down! Very happy with all of my pieces she’s done.

Don’t get my four stars wrong, Elisa does beautiful work. That’s why I keep going back. It really is noticeably superior to the embroidery done anywhere else. I’ve had multiple coats for work embroidered here and it is consistently well done. Elisa is also very flexible with me and my crazy work hours and will sometimes even agree to stay past closing time so I can run in to pick up my items. It is just SO expensive. SO SO SO expensive. But if quality is really important to you and/​or you’re just a little anal-​retentive about how your monogramed items look, I would go here for sure.

Elisa is great — a real pro. I went in with four of my business button-​downs to be monogramed. Elisa was even able to do one of them using my greek initials. life’s about the details and that’s their specialty.

Beautiful work and very friendly! Just be specific with what you want and she will do a fabulous job. She is a pleasure to work with as well.

I’m getting married this weekend!!! :) I’ve been working with Elisa for a few weeks on close to 7 – 8 items. I also have a close friend having a baby today and I’ve added a few things to have monogrammed as well. She’s been not only incredibly kind and cheerful, but helpful, dependable and reasonably priced to boot. To put it simply, Elisa’s been excellent work with. I don’t say and or use that lightly. I have made changes and done some things last minute and it’s always been answered with a yes and a smile. The work is gorgeous too. Her store has so many darling items that are hip and contemporary to monogram. So darling!!! She’s got millions of colors of colors for the monogram too.
I read some of the reviews below and I simply don’t understand. This experience has been truly wonderful.

I had used Monogrammit for over a thousand dollars worth of business over two years, and rec them to be the «go to» place for two businesses on Rodeo Drive, but more because they seem to have a monopoly on the area for monogramming than their stellar service. The end result work is fine — pricey, and sometimes not exactly as discussed, but overall good. They did leave a dirty mark on an Hermes robe that was inconvenient, as we needed to overnight another robe from NY, etc. I had met Pam who I thought was the owner a couple of times, who was alright — seemed somewhat disengaged from the business, but okay. Today I found myself in a jam and called hoping the shop would be able to accommodate a quick turnaround monogramming 4 letters for me onto a baby throw. A woman named Elisa phoned me back and I drove 1 hour to bring the throw, to find out that she left instructions to charge me $ 42. My bad for not confirming the price before driving out there, but really? Someone could do a killer business organizing a well run place to compete with that place. I”m going somewhere else. The workers (not Elisa) there are nice and there are pretty fonts available, but I just feel salty.

We were very excited to get a director’s chair monogrammed here for my boss as they had great reviews and we felt they would do a good job despite the large price-​tag. They reassured us that they had monogrammed director’s chair backs before and that they knew exactly what to do.
Elisa asked for two chair back panels because the monogramming would go through and then we wouldn’t be able to make it double-​sided. The two panels came back and though the spacing on the monogramming was not what we discussed (even though I sent pictures showing exactly how we wanted it), the bigger problem was that she did not combine the two panels into one.
I called her and asked her to put them together, and at first she tried to tell me that both panels could fit onto one chair. This comment made it clear to me that she had never actually monogrammed a director’s chair before or she would have known that two panels cannot fit over one peg.
I was briefly comforted when she told me she knew someone who would sew them together. When I asked if they would fix it for free she spat back, «no one works for free.» This is true, but I also don’t pay for rubbish. She unapologetically lectured me as though I were the one who made her mistake.
I did not appreciate her condescending and rude tone and my boss is not pleased he paid so much for something that was done incorrectly.
It’s too bad for them since I know a lot of people in production, and it they had done a good job I would have recommended a ton of business to them. No wonder some companies have their own monogramming machines– they don’t want to deal with snotty people who did horrible work.

I just picked up some handkerchiefs and a pocket square that I got monogrammed. While the monogramming on the handkerchiefs was more expensive than each individual handkerchief, which came in a pack of 3, I still think their prices are great. The quality of the work was pretty good.

Great idea, but SERIOUSLY expensive. I wanted to monogram two towels with very short names (less than 5 letters each). I got the most basic layout with no frills or anything. Its going to cost me $ 36!!! Thats 5X the cost of the towels. Annoying, but i have no other option.

This is the only place I’ve found on the west side that monograms. If you have towels, baby blankets, tote bags, pillows. anything you want to have personalized, this is the place to go. They also have gifts you can buy there to be monogrammed. Their cosmetic bags are really cute! All work is done on site and they are fast. The owner really helped me with a design for some towels I bought as a gift.
I highly recommend Monogrammit.

I’ve had a few towel sets embroidered here, and they have always done a wonderful job, excellent quality work.
Definitely recommended!
