I can’t say enough good things about Mike. He recently helped us sell our house. The first day I met with him, he had already done the market analysis and had formulated a sales strategy. We discussed it, and he welcomed my input. He was enthusiastic and confident. Things moved very quickly and we got our asking price, actually a bit more. We had been in the house for more than 30 years, and Mike understood what we were going through. He understands the business and he understands people. This is an ability I can’t emphasize enough. Negotiations with the buyers went amazingly well, and the entire escrow process went smoothly and quickly. Mike kept everything on schedule and made sure we were informed along the way. The entire transaction could not have gone any better, and I can recommend Mike without reservation.

Mike is a fantastic real estate agent. He has such an amazing understanding about the business he conducts with his clients. He is always two steps ahead of his competitors while having his clients best interest. I would highly recommend him to represent you as your real estate agent.

In December of 2014 I decided that 2015 would be the year to buy a home. Mike and I sat down and talked about my finances and realistically what I could spend. He introduced me to two great mortgage consultants so I could pick one to work with. Once I got my pre-​approval letter he was so patient with me.
I didn’t know where I wanted to live or what I needed but Mike, being a Los Angeles native was able to talk me through the plus and minuses of all the different neighborhoods. He sent me listings regularly and set appointment to take me to see places.
When I finally narrowed it down to two condos Mike negotiated the details with the other agents and always presented me with all the information. When my offer was accepted on the property I really wanted for my family, Mike rolled out the inspectors to make sure every stone was turned (he called it due diligence).
We ended up getting some credits for things I never would have thought of and getting everything repaired before I moved in.
I’ve recommended Mike to all my friends no matter what their price range. His webpage shows lots of million dollar listings but he helped me find something in my price range. I didn’t even know it was possible for me to break the renting cycle but with Mike’s help I’m now a home owner!
