Not just a fantastic tailor, but check out the custom suits and the new ready to wear line. Why shop and have it altered, although the alterations are fantastic, when you can go and get exactly what you want, directly from the man himself. It’s only this good on Saville Row in London.

Mario is the finest tailor I have ever had. His ability to create, alter, and talk too make my life so easy. You will never be unhappy with his work. I have known him for many years and even though I am not a celebrity, he is just as kind to me as the ‘red carpet’ people that he deals with all the time.

Good service and over priced. Got a tie shortened and it was $ 30, then I asked how much to hem pants: $ 30. I got this kind of work done for $ 10-​$ 15 other places in the city.

Went to this place after seeing the great reviews, but it is terrible. Went there to get a dress hemmed and a pair of work pants altered. Cost me exactly $ 100. Wore the dress as a bridesmaid and it was still so long I kept stepping on it and tripping. The pants were even worse. They were still huge — looked like they literally made no changes — except for the length had been slightly messed with (still wayyy too long, I could just tell they did something because the legs were UNEVEN). Called them twice since and couldn’t reach anyone, even though I called during business hours. Left two voicemails explaining the issues I had, and no one has called me back. Don’t recommend this place at all, especially in an area where there’s no shortage of good tailors. Spent $ 100 and now I have to go somewhere else and spend even more to have someone fix the pants. Total, total waste of money and time.

Mario is the best in town! If you dont live on the westside, its worth the drive to see Mario. He is an incredible craftsman and a true artist. He is easy to work with and always provides friendly service.
His team of sewers are increidibly accomodating as well. Mario has also made time for me to get my items altered within a day when I had a fashion emergency!
This shop is the best in town and I always know I will get exactly the results I was expecting.

We really love Mario. He has altered two of my husbands suits and also did a wonderful job on my very complicated wedding dress. He’s a suit maker, so he really knows what he’s doing.
You can call him directly, he works quickly, and his prices are totally reasonable. He has our business as long as we’re in LA.

So this is months later, and my experiences with Mario just keep getting better and better.
His approach is as creative as you’d imagine — there is a dialogue that takes place to make sure that your needs are being met.
While you’re in his shop, he’ll show you a bespoke suit or dress he created for someone super famous. Last time it was a blazer of deep navy wool, detailed with silk lapels in a rich shade of blue. Awesome.
I truly do not believe that such an experience exists, where regular people like you and I can have access to a master tailor for our everyday alterations for reasonable prices. It’s the bespoke touch for everyday life and it makes all the difference in the world.
And make sure to pop by Brighton Coffee Shop and get a chicken salad sandwich while you’re at it!

Mario did the alterations on my wedding gown. It was so stressful to trust someone with my beloved gown but Mario did an absolutely AMAZING job. The dress had to be taken in and there was a ton of detail on the dress that easily could have been ruined. When Mario was done with it you couldn’t tell that it had been touched. He does beautiful work and is now the only tailor that I will bring my clothes to.

Despite having worked for Armani in the past, Mario’s current set-​up is a no-​frills affair. I can just give Mario a call, drop by, and know that he’s going to do amazing work no matter what I need done – whether I need a pair of pants hemmed or a suit re-​cut so that it fits me instead of the mannequin.
