There are quite a few things I do not like about going to get my blood taken. I’ve always gotten the worst nurses!
Just my luck.
But coming here has changed my mind. To start off, it is a very clean place, never over crowded, and a very sweet staff. Very hard to find in the medical field.
I’m the type of person who cringes at the thought of needles. Every place I’ve gone to has bruised me, chosen the wrong vain, etc. But their worker Kristina (I hope I spelt it right) is the best at what she does. She was even done taking the needle out before I opened my eyes?
I didn’t even feel the needle! THAT NEVER HAPPENS FOR ME! So this means that I will forever come back to get my blood taken here, and only by her. She was very personable, positive attitude, and straight to the point.
As a frequent Unilocaler, I highly suggest this place to everyone.

I am deadly afraid of needles and normally pass out when i get my blood drawn — since going to this Lab I have had no issues! Love the staff and impressed at their nurses skills! They make getting your blood taken no big deal.

Very nice staff, if you want your blood drawn by a professional go here. You won’t even feel it, or get bruised.

Very efficient and staff friendly. I walked in and immediately I was accommodated by the staff and quickly escorted to the lab room to get my blood drawn. I honestly hate needles, but the staff was talking to me, gearing my attention away from my fear of needles.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received several harassing calls from this office, once they said they were a collection agency. At that point, I hadn’t received a bill from them. I gave them my address three times before they sent me a bill. I paid it within a couple of days once I received it. In less than a week, I received a past due/​collection notice. The bill was for $ 30. In my address on the bill, they included my phone number. Could they be any more unprofessional? I called to speak to them about my bill, and the person I spoke to was rude. She said the computer automatically sends out past due bills. I guess computers have red stamps saying“collection notice” and «past due». She denied that my phone number was included in my mailing address. I have it in my possession. I suggest all doctors stop using this company. They are rude and liars.
