Terrible. I ordered a tall vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso and a pump of mint syrup(they don’t have peppermint, but they do have mint) and it just tasted like watered down crap. The workers who took my order didn’t seem like they knew anything about coffee… I asked if they had any type of cold brewed coffee and they couldn’t even answer my question. Never coming back here again. There are plenty of other mom and pop coffee shops that are more deserving of my patronage.

This is conveniently a stop on the Starline Bus Tour. If you are taking the tour or just visiting the library, you should stop in. They have some unique food choices and a nice variety of fudge. The drinks are similar to those you will find at any coffee shop, but seem to be made with more care and attention to the customer requests. Very friendly people working here and they are patient with people who can’t quite make up their minds

Since this cute, convenient little coffee shop is in the B. H. Library and nice to visit after a stint in the library, I thought I’d give it another go-round. OK. This is Beverly Hills. I get it. But to nickel and dime the slightest of things in my opinion is the height of greed… and it’s simply disgraceful. I ordered fudge and asked for a glass of ice water and got water in this teeny weeny cup. I asked for a larger cup and the surly woman said«That will be .50 cents.» Please! I think I’ll buy my fudge elsewhere from now on. I have to admit — the fudge is good.

This place is alright. I really like it. Staff is very friendly. The patio outside is amazing. The employees were all friendly. Great and knowledgable about everything. Food is ok for a café. Will I be back. Most certainly.

Working on a job site nearby and have been coming here a couple days a week now. The service is great, and they’ve always been courteous. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but I guess it is Beverly Hills. I’ve been getting a regular coffee in the morning which always tastes fresh, with some pretty killer pastries. They also make some pretty good boars head sandwiches, which I’ve been having for lunch and have a good selection of kettle chips. As long as I’m in the area, I’ll keep coming back.

Too expensive!!! A small piece of fudge, $ 8!!! Highway robbery. Their teas are also really bad. It is cozy and has a nice patio, though.

The fudge here is legit. I tried them all. They were all great. However, I really liked the maple one.

This is a review for the matcha green tea latte. The drink just doesn’t have the same matcha flavor as Starbucks. It has a slight vanilla type flavor to it and it’s already sweetened. Tastes odd to me. It’s more expensive than Starbucks by ~$ 0.10. I should have probably ordered what theyr’e good at which I gather to be coffee/espresso and fudge. This location is very convenient as it is adjacent to the Beverly Hills Library. They sell sandwiches, fudge, cookies, ice cream, Yan Yan/Hello Panda snacks in addition to drinks. Free 2 hour parking at the Civic Center/Library lot

I love this place! I’m more of a black coffee kind of guy but I’ve tried many of their specialty coffees and was impressed every time! If you like great coffee served by awesome people check this Kelly’s Coffee & Fudge Factory out! Also: try the grilled cheese

The most terrible turkey breast salad you could possibly imagine. There’s no turkey breast whatsoever. Too much vinegar. Just awful

I honestly don’t know how Kelly’s Coffee has stayed in business for so long. My guess is that the proprietors of the franchise are getting some sort of sweetheart rent deal stemming from some long-ago loophole during Will Rogers’ brief stint as the first mayor of Beverly Hills. Whatever the case, nothing about this location is good: workers are invariably disinterested and/or surly and the offerings are overpriced and underportioned. Still, I guess in high rent BH, you have to take the good and take the bad, you take it now and there you have???

Good, quite place, good service, people are very nice. But real bomb, it’s a chocolate iced blended drink with banana flavor!!! The best frap I have ever had!!! Thay don’t have it in manu, but I ask girl w black hair from there, she was really nice to me, to make Frappuccino w banana flavor, and OMG, I’m addicted of this drink now. It’s sooooo good, I recommend to everybody.

The servers are nice here. However, the food is disgusting. And it’s very unfair to pay such a high price for such a cheap quality of food.(Tasted old) The owner should put more effort to bring good quality of food here and perhaps a new menu that IS available to purchase… –_–

I attended some training at the library and only had an hour lunch break. Decided on this place out of convenience. Place was clean with lots of indor and outdoor tables. The lady taking my order was not overly friendly, but not rude. I ordered a rueben sandwich, which came out in about 5 – 10 minutes. Flavorwise, it was decent, but definitely on the small side and I was still a little hungry(luckily my training had muffins to snack on). The sandwich cost about $ 10. Double the price of a Subway sandwich, for only half the size. :/

Place is good for studying sometimes but it’s right next to the library, sometimes one just gotta eat — so they have a great selection of salads, cold and warm sandwiches! Also there’s delicious homemade chocolate — HOMEMADE — yummy! The girls behind the desk was somewhat awkward and giggling with each other but they still managed to give me excellent customer service(I’m very difficult with my orders) Overall it’s clean, cute music and nice outdoor sitting! 4 stars from me, as it’s nothing special, and the bread selection wasn’t so big and the desk girls as well! They did give good service but they should always be mindful because customers like me notice things like this :)
