Full body waxing and skin expert, Viviane provides the best of the best.

A native of Brasil, Viviane has been in Los Angeles for over 10 years and has dedicated herself to provide excellence in all that she does. Viviane is a Certified Aesthetician in the state of California.

As much as she believes that beauty comes from inside out, she also thinks that every person deserves to feel good and confident about their appearance. That is where her passion comes in. Her focus is on educating her clients and welcoming the chance to help people look and feel better about themselves.

She takes pride in providing each of her clients a unique experience and tailors each one specifically for his or her own individual needs.

As long as I’m in LA, I won’t go anywhere else! I go to the one on Montana Ave. in Santa Monica and all of the women there are pros. I’ve gone to Germana several times and she’s done a fantastic job. The salon is clean, elegant, understated and discreet. Prices are great considering the amazing results. Also, they’re super organized and accommodating with appointments; email and text confirmations. Street parking has always been pretty easy, too. Definitely recommend!

She did a great job! I usually do sugaring (in Germany) and it hurts a lot but this one with the honey didn’t hurt at all! She checked if there are still hair left and removed all of it. I went to a couple of waxing saloons in LA but this one was the best! It’s a little bit pricy and the hair grow pretty fast but it really doesn’t hurt at all! She was really accurate!

I have had some horrifying wax experiences. Trust me, I could tell you stories that would make even a man cringe. This experience was heavenly. I would almost go as far as to say it was ALMOST relaxing. Viviane is amazing. She will be invited to my wedding, in fact, I might even have her officiate it. Since I met Viv, the amount of dates I’ve been asked on have vastly increased. Coincidence? I think not. I always leave the salon feeling so confident and so great about myself. I couldn’t say more good things about Viv and the salon. The honey wax is life-​changing and I would never go back to regular wax. I recommend everyone go see Viv, you won’t regret it.

I love the honey brazilian waxing! It is great! Everyone there does a great job. The honey removed the hair flawlessly and there is NO sticky messy aftermath. The honey is water soluble so it wipes away clean. They even condition the skin afterwards so I walk away feeling so fresh and so clean! :-)
They also take their time after the waxing to tweeze any minor little hairs that were stubborn and stayed behind.
They do a GREAT job and there is no need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend it! Save money by getting the three packet deal. …I know money can be tight and sometimes it doesn’t fit into your budget to get waxed but try to work it into your budget because it’s totally worth it.
Take my word for it and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I love Barbara, she’s a great water and gets me in and out of there in under 20 minutes! No ingrowns and the honey solution they use isn’t as painful as traditional wax! I love it!

I feel bad for writing such a low-​star review, but I think it’s important to share my experience in case it applies to anyone else. Viviane is very sweet and professional; she absolutely made me feel at ease. The location of her unit, in Portofino’s, is very well-​kept, and I love that there’s a TV to watch while getting waxed.
So, the sole reason for my negative review is the wax itself. It just didn’t last for me — I felt stubbly soon after and had to get re-​waxed at about 3 weeks. Other waxes have lasted me up to 5 weeks. I found it remarkably painless compared to other waxes I’ve had — I’d never had a honey wax before. I think that what happened was the wax ripped my hair close to the skin instead of pulling it at the root. My hair grew back rough instead of downy like it does after a good wax, probably because of the ripping.
I’m glad that Viviane has great reviews and I wish her well. Just putting out my cautionary tale in case anyone else has the same issue.

To put it simply, Viviane is the best. I moved to LA in January and bought Groupon deals for a couple different salons, expecting to look around until I found my favorite. I went to Viviane first, and knew immediately that I would never go anywhere else– I didn’t even wind up using the other Groupons I had paid for!
I’ve been getting waxes at various salons in other cities for about 3 years now, and Viviane is miles better than the rest! She is friendly, kind and incredibly schedule accommodating.
Viviane’s Brazilian waxes are efficient, thorough and the closest to painless I’ve ever experienced. She never takes more than half hour, and always leaves me perfectly clean and hair-​free. I also have sensitive skin, but the honey she uses is fabulous and never irritates or dries out my skin. I used to get ingrown hairs, but after going to Viviane and following her good advice, they’re gone!
I would highly recommend Viviane to anyone. She has totally changed my waxing experience, for the absolute best!

Viviane is the best — hands down! Not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s a great person too — every time I visit her, I feel like I’m catching up with my girlfriend.
I’ve been going to Viviane for brazilian and eyebrow waxes as well as for facials for several years now. Her brazilians are perfect (she’s from Brasil — she’s knows what she’s doing!) she’s very quick, and will make you feel comfortable. The honey wax is definitely the way to go and you’ll notice a difference from the other products used at other salons. Her facials are great too! If you take her skincare advice and try the products and practices she recommends, you’ll definitely see a big difference with your skin.

Anytime I need a wax I only will go here specifically to Vivianni, she is the best in the business. Vivianni is an efficient worker, she makes my waxing experience enjoyable. Vivianni always makes sure to be gentle with me she never misses any areas, she gets the job done quick and no pain. I used to always shave but since I met her I will only wax. I’ve tried other places but do not feel there quality or technique is as good. I only recommend coming to Portofino it’s a great experience that they make pain free. Vivianni is the best in the business if you need a good wax definitely come here.

I love Portofino’s honey waxing! First of all, I am the most picky person when it comes to getting my eyebrows done, but Vivianne did an exceptionally great job at shaping my brows and getting every hair off that didn’t belong. She has amazing hands and even gave me a little massage on my brows to calm my skin which felt amazing. Vivianne is super sweet, gentle, and efficient. The honey wax is great, completely organic and less painful than normal waxing. I also love the fact that the honey waxing is the only waxing good to do before my spray tans there because it doesn’t leave any kind of excess wax on my face. Perfect combination!
