I used HADD to detail my car for the first time — I needed to get it clean and sparkly inside and out in order to sell. I was nervous about it since I only wash my own car or drive it through the car wash. I didn’t understand how it could be worth it to spend so much, but now I get it. What a huge difference it makes when you let professionals clean and detail!
They suggested adding some services I didn’t plan on buying. After asking them to go for it, I felt stupid for upgrading, but when I saw the finished product I was amazed. The car was 16 years old; I didn’t think it could get that clean. They were able to buff out a lot of tiny scratches and make the headlight covers look brand new. The interior was pretty much like new for the first time in ten years.
HADD’s prices are competitive, they are super friendly, and they are mobile so they come to you. They also cover a pretty large area of L.A. — the address is Beverly Hills but they came to the east side for me. I would definitely use them again!

If Unilocalers would be satisfied with this 3 letter word, I would not need to elaborate. BUT, alas I must because they are amazing a little rave reviewing!
I purchased my car used 2 years ago. The owner was unpacking while I was purchasing, so there was no «like new» interior to say the least. There were stains on almost all of the carpets (now I wish I had taken the ‘before’ photos!) Needless to say, I never had it professionally cleaned.
First of all, if you click on their Unilocal page and scroll down, they «recommend» two other businesses that also auto detail… how many businesses do you know do that??? NONE…this pretty much sealed the deal for me. I figured they mush be an honest business and talented with their capabilities. I was correct.
They arrived on time and were done in a little over 2 hours for my filthy car!
I have a 2001 BMW with hazy headlights (which always bothered me), stained carpets, plenty of dog hair (I have 3 dogs), and crumbs in cracks you couldn’t imagine (I frequently breakfast en route to work).
Oh my, I literally almost cried… my headlights are super clear and sparkling!!! My car looks brand new! By the way, I purchased the full detail.
These two, are a great team and do such an amazing job! I could go on and on, but I really think you all should see for yourselves. It had gotten a little dark, so they said if they missed anything due to the decreased lighting to call and they would come back. NO NEED! I’m stuck staring at my crystal clear headlights and spotless carpets!!!

I finally found my GO-​TO auto detailing person!
I have a 2009 Honda Accord (White) and a few months ago I paid off my auto loan. So to treat my car for something special I’ve been looking for an auto detail place for a while. Thank goodness I found Herbie and his business!
The thing I love about HADD customs is that they come to you! So I scheduled an appointment with Herbie to meet at my place, not only were they on time but they got started on my car right away. Herbie and Rachel were very professional they explained to me the details of the job and what they were going to do. The detailing came out amazing, my car looked like it just came out of the car dealer. I had this massive oil stain in the back seat because of my bike chain and also a 3 – 4 years old gum that was stuck on the carpet, and everything came off! The tires and the rims just looked spotless, I couldn’t find anything wrong on this job. My favorite part of the detail was the engine part. WOW, the first time I saw it, it looked like it just came out of the factory. It’s been a few weeks later and it’s still looking good!!!
After they finished with the detail they also took the time to explain to me how to take care of the car inside and out and they answered some of the questions I had. My next thing on the list to do to my car is to get that shine back. Right now the white color on the car is dull, but Rachel was telling me that they’re able to bring that shine back, so I’m definitely going to save up some more and hire them again for the rebuffing. Extra kudos for Herbie and Rachel because the day of this job, it was over 98 degrees in LA, they were working under the sun for 2 hours in the excruciating heat and heard no complaints.
I would definitely recommend Herbie and his team to anybody who needs a detail on their car.

I could not recommend HADD Customs more strongly, they are by far the best detailing service I have ever used. I have a dog services business and my truck had amassed a ton of hair, sand, and debris that had gotten out of control. Herbie met me at a convenient location and spent two hours working on it and I honestly can’t believe the job he did. You have to understand, I had hair CAKED on my car in addition to all sorts of other dirt and it looks like new. Thank you Herbie and HADD Customs!

Herbe came down to detail my car and my girlfriends car last summer before he had a Unilocal page. I promised him I would review once he had one. He did an excellent job on both our cars. He detailed my 2011 black mustang and it came out looking just as it did the day It rolled out of the dealership. He was also able to bring the shine back to the dull white paint that was on my girlfriends 2001 4runner. Showroom finish! The engine detail is a must! He knows exactly what he is doing. I then referred him to do my friend’s G35 and love it.

My boyfriend was determined to get my car fully detailed, an expenditure that was never a «must-​have» on my buying list. But, after remembering for so many years paying exorbitant costs at standard car washes only to wind up utterly dissatisfied and feeling completely duped, I figured why not. Herbie came highly recommended by a friend who owns an auto shop and is very knowledgeable of show quality vehicles.
Herbie drove to my place in Venice, arrived on-​time and his prices were more than reasonable. He was extremely thorough, paying close attention to areas that I thought only I noticed. Herbie uses the best equipment which really makes a difference over the competition. Each van has a very high-​end steamer that is a big differentiator.
Price: The prices are really competitive and fair. For the convenience of receiving a mobile car wash at your office or home there really is no argument to head to a car wash location and get a lower quality wash.
