Here is a little insight into how Greg’s process works: Prior to listing, he gave me recommendations on how best to position the unit for sale. He set me up with a contractor that did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced. He then had professional photography done at his expense and set up a special website for my unit. Greg’s marketing generated over 1,000 online views and then he negotiated a buyer’s full-​priced offer. During the closing process, Greg worked tirelessly to ultimately get the deal done in 22 days.
