WARNING… TERRIBLE return policy, and bad customer service. I tried on a coat and skirt in the store. The mirrors made them look great and then I got home and the reality was the coat and skirt were not flattering AT ALL. They refused to credit my credit card even though I just purchased the items and obviously never wore them. I spent almost 3k there and they wouldn’t even credit me this once for their unflattering clothing. BEWARE If you think you look good in their clothing in the store, wait until you get home and see it in a different mirror!

Wow! I’m obsessed with this shop! It is tucked away in a cute courtyard area in beverly hills on N Canon Dr (across from La Scala).
When you walk in it’s like you are walking into someone’s very chic, very large closet and shopping a fantastic mix of designers. Anyone can find something here! The staff is extremely helpful and very stylish. To top it all off, there is an entire wall dedicated to denim! Who isn’t always looking for a new pair of jeans?!
Hands down one of my new favorite shops in BH. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Gratus is one of my favorite shops in Beverly Hills, hands down! The space is beautiful and inviting, and leaves visitors feeling luxurious. If the space topped off with snacks and champagne wasn’t enough to seal the deal, the quality of the product they offer is amazing. I was originally drawn to Gratus based on some brands that I have already been fond of for years. I have also found some of my new favorite designers at Gratus which keeps me coming back time and time again. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I first heard about Gratus from a positive review in a magazine and I had to check it out for myself. It’s safe to say that Gratus lived up to the positive reviews in every way! If you’re looking for a unique, luxurious, and beautiful environment to shop in Beverly Hills then this is the spot.

Visited Gratus after a girlfriend told me where she had found her newest jacket… Gratus is now my number one store in not just Beverly Hills, but all of Los Angeles. It feels more like a chic hang-​out than a store and that has everything to do with the awesome ladies who work there. Gratus also has brands that I haven’t seen anywhere else in LA, which is such a nice change up. Finally something different!!!

I love Gratus! The service is impeccable, the space is gorgeous and they have candy to snack on while you shop. It even SMELLS amazing in there. It’s pricey but worth it.
